【摘要】：為響應(yīng)中國(guó)“低碳社會(huì)”建設(shè)大潮,倡導(dǎo)建設(shè)綠色智能社會(huì)的核心,提高和加強(qiáng)國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)人員在微控制器技術(shù)方面的研發(fā)實(shí)力,積極推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)節(jié)能MCU領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展應(yīng)用。研究瑞薩電子在全球領(lǐng)先的“綠色環(huán)保MCU”及其擴(kuò)展功能具有重要價(jià)值和意義。 論文基于瑞薩78KOR系列中78KOR/KG3μ PD78f1166/A(100pin)型號(hào)芯片的微控制器,采用溫度感應(yīng)器進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)溫度采集,LCD液晶屏顯示日期時(shí)間和溫度,LED檢測(cè)溫度并報(bào)警,KEY鍵盤設(shè)定各種參數(shù)值,設(shè)計(jì)出一種溫度預(yù)警系統(tǒng),并將采集的數(shù)據(jù)采用高可靠性能EEPROM進(jìn)行保存。該系統(tǒng)以瑞薩的節(jié)能型MCU為核心,在瑞薩專用集成型開發(fā)環(huán)境CubeSuite下采用C語(yǔ)言編程設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)。 根據(jù)該系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的過程,給出了系統(tǒng)體系架構(gòu),功能模塊劃分和設(shè)計(jì),以及各個(gè)模塊采用的主要技術(shù),重點(diǎn)對(duì)所包含的模塊：瑞薩微控制器模塊結(jié)構(gòu)、KEY鍵盤輸入模塊、LED顯示預(yù)警模塊、LCD液晶屏顯示時(shí)間和預(yù)警溫度模塊、溫敏傳感器和A/D轉(zhuǎn)換實(shí)現(xiàn)模塊、EEPROM預(yù)警數(shù)據(jù)保存模塊等內(nèi)容的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法進(jìn)行了詳盡的描述。 針對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)過程中實(shí)現(xiàn)的專用日語(yǔ)版軟件環(huán)境CubeSuite進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,并分析了其強(qiáng)大的實(shí)用功能,及在此環(huán)境中用C語(yǔ)言編程實(shí)現(xiàn)的整個(gè)過程。同時(shí)也詳細(xì)介紹了調(diào)試工具M(jìn)INICUBE2的主要功能和使用方法,強(qiáng)調(diào)了該調(diào)試工具在本設(shè)計(jì)編程中必不可少的作用。通過對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)功能界面的展示,充分展示了論文的研究成果。 論文完全以節(jié)能環(huán)保型瑞薩MCU芯片為核心,實(shí)現(xiàn)了LED和LCD直觀顯示的溫度預(yù)警系統(tǒng),其人性化設(shè)計(jì)以及更優(yōu)性價(jià)比產(chǎn)品在市場(chǎng)上的投入使用,將為中國(guó)智能低碳社會(huì)的建設(shè)做出積極的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In order to respond to the construction tide of "low-carbon society" in China, advocate the core of building green intelligent society, improve and strengthen the R & D strength of domestic technicians in microcontroller technology, and actively promote the development and application of domestic energy-saving MCU products. It is of great value and significance to study the global leading environmental protection MCU and its extended functions. Based on the microcontroller of 78KOR/KG3 渭 PD78f1166 / A100pin chip in Reza 78KOR series, the temperature sensor is used to collect the temperature in real time. The LCD LCD display date, time and temperature are used to detect the temperature and alarm key-keypad to set various parameters. A temperature early warning system is designed, and the collected data is saved by high reliability EEPROM. The system is based on Resa's energy saving MCU, and is designed and implemented by C language under the special integrated development environment (CubeSuite). According to the realization process of the system, the architecture of the system, the partition and design of the functional modules, and the main technologies used in each module are given. The emphasis is placed on the modules included: the structure of Resa microcontroller module, the key-keyboard input module, the LED display and warning module, the LCD LCD display time module and the early-warning temperature module. The design and implementation of temperature sensor and A- / D conversion module are described in detail. This paper introduces the special Japanese version software environment CubeSuite which is realized in the design process, and analyzes its powerful practical function and the whole process of programming in C language in this environment. At the same time, it also introduces the main functions and usage methods of debugging tool MINICUBE2 in detail, and emphasizes the essential role of the debugging tool in the design and programming. Through the design of the functional interface display, fully show the research results of the paper. Based on the energy-saving and environment-friendly Resa MCU chip, the temperature early warning system of LED and LCD visual display is realized in this paper. The humanized design of the system and the application of more cost-effective products in the market are also discussed. Will make a positive contribution to the construction of China's intelligent low-carbon society.
