基于USB3.0的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:USB串行通用總線,以其方便使用,即插即用,支持熱插拔的特點(diǎn),而廣泛應(yīng)用于計算機(jī)外設(shè)。目前USB2.0廣泛應(yīng)用于各個領(lǐng)域,但局限于其傳輸速率不高,只能用于中低速傳輸,對于高速圖像數(shù)據(jù)、視頻數(shù)據(jù)傳輸有一定的限制。USB3.0標(biāo)準(zhǔn)白皮書于2008年正式發(fā)布,傳輸速率達(dá)到5Gbps。傳輸速率可以與Camera Link總線、IEEE1394等高速傳輸總線的傳輸速率相匹敵。同時具有支持熱插拔,接口結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,對于PC接口要求不高的特點(diǎn)。USB3.0的出現(xiàn)是通用串行總線發(fā)展的一個里程碑。USB3.0將成為傳輸總線流行的大趨勢,在一定應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域?qū)⑻娲咚倏偩Camera Link總線、IEEE1394。 隨著信息時代的不斷發(fā)展,高速大量的數(shù)據(jù)采集,在我們生活和科研領(lǐng)域顯得尤為重要。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)大量數(shù)據(jù)高速采集,是一個重要的課題。論文首先介紹了幾種常用的高速總線,分析了USB3.0數(shù)據(jù)總線的優(yōu)勢。接著分析了USB3.0傳輸?shù)脑砗蛢?yōu)勢。本設(shè)計實(shí)現(xiàn)基于USB3.0的大量數(shù)據(jù)的高速采集。模擬產(chǎn)生高速圖像數(shù)據(jù),通過DDR2實(shí)現(xiàn)高速緩存,利用USB3.0高速總線傳輸高速圖像數(shù)據(jù)。完成USB3.0固件開發(fā),應(yīng)用程序開發(fā),將接收到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行存儲顯示。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,可實(shí)現(xiàn)高達(dá)2Gbps的高速數(shù)據(jù)采集,,達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。在數(shù)據(jù)存儲部分,應(yīng)用固態(tài)盤磁盤陣列,實(shí)現(xiàn)高速數(shù)據(jù)讀寫。 論文對USB3.0的傳輸高速圖像數(shù)據(jù)的研究,為以后將USB3.0高速總線用于相機(jī)系統(tǒng)奠定了很大基礎(chǔ),方便后續(xù)應(yīng)用開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:USB serial universal bus is widely used in computer peripherals because of its convenience, plug and play and hot plug and play. At present, USB2.0 is widely used in various fields, but limited to its low transmission rate, it can only be used for medium and low speed transmission. For high speed image data, video data transmission has some limitations. The white paper of USB3.0 standard was officially released in 2008, and the transmission rate reached 5Gbps. The transmission rate is comparable to that of Camera Link bus and IEEE 1394. At the same time, it has the characteristics of supporting hot-plug, simple interface structure and low requirement for PC interface. The appearance of USB3.0 is a milestone in the development of Universal Serial bus. USB3.0 will become a popular trend of transmission bus. The Camera Link bus will be replaced by IEEE1394 in certain application fields. With the development of information age, high-speed data acquisition is becoming more and more important in our life and scientific research field. How to achieve high-speed data acquisition is an important issue. Firstly, several high-speed buses are introduced, and the advantages of USB3.0 data bus are analyzed. Then the principle and advantages of USB3.0 transmission are analyzed. This design realizes the high-speed data acquisition based on USB3.0. High-speed image data is generated by simulation, cache is realized by DDR2, and high-speed image data is transmitted by USB3.0 high-speed bus. Complete USB3.0 firmware development, application development, will receive data storage display. The experimental results show that the high speed data acquisition up to 2Gbps can be achieved. In the data storage part, the solid-state disk array is used to realize high-speed data reading and writing. In this paper, the research on the transmission of high speed image data by USB3.0 lays a great foundation for the application of USB3.0 high-speed bus in camera system, and it is convenient for subsequent application development.
