【摘要】：本課題來源于國家科技支撐計劃“基于Mesh網絡井下可視化無線救災通訊技術與裝備”（SQ2011SF13B00488）。近年來，礦難頻繁發(fā)生，現有的用于礦山救援的通信設備主要是礦山救援電話，信息量有限，不能全面準確反映現場的各種實際情況，導致救援指揮不暢。因此，迫切需要一種實時準確反映現場各類信息的救援通信技術及裝備，礦山多媒體救援通信系統便是符合要求的高效指揮救援系統。該系統包括井下信息記錄儀、井下基地臺以及地面指揮臺三方。本人主要工作為救援通信系統嵌入式軟件設計實現，即為礦山多媒體救援通信系統中井下信息記錄儀與井下基地臺的嵌入式軟件設計，，包括嵌入式平臺搭建和平臺應用軟件設計實現。 救援通信系統嵌入式軟件是基于ARM11—S3C6410硬件平臺開發(fā)，采用嵌入式WinCE6.0操作系統，以VS2005為開發(fā)環(huán)境。本文給出了嵌入式平臺搭建中BootLoader的移植、啟動logo定制和LCD驅動調試過程。平臺應用軟件劃分為視頻處理模塊、環(huán)境參數模塊、配置信息模塊、報警提示四個模塊。視頻處理模塊采用Directshow技術及S3C6410MFC中的H.264硬件編解碼技術實現井下信息記錄儀端視頻顯示、壓縮、轉發(fā)及井下基地臺端接收、解碼、顯示視頻流；環(huán)境參數模塊以實時曲線形式將傳感器采集的環(huán)境參數數據繪制出來；配置信息模塊包括通信三方在線狀態(tài)以及音量控制；報警模塊是當環(huán)境參數濃度超限以及網絡故障時啟動蜂鳴器報警。 測試結果表明，本軟件能夠實時、準確地把井下救援過程中的視音頻信息和環(huán)境參數信息傳達給井下救援人員、井下基地臺和地面指揮臺，可幫助指揮中心實時掌握井下現場救援情況并能更好地實施指揮。本設計除了應用于礦山應急救援以外，還可用于日常的礦山、油田等其他監(jiān)控系統，具有很強的可擴展性。
[Abstract]:This subject comes from the National Science and Technology support Program, "Visualization Wireless Communication Technology and equipment based on Mesh Network" (SQ2011SF13B00488).In recent years, mine accidents occur frequently, and the existing communication equipment for mine rescue is mainly mine rescue telephone, which is limited in information and can not reflect all kinds of actual situation of the scene, which leads to poor rescue command.Therefore, there is an urgent need for a real-time and accurate reflection of all kinds of information on the spot rescue communication technology and equipment, the mine multimedia rescue communication system is in line with the requirements of efficient command and rescue system.The system includes downhole information recorder, underground base station and ground command platform.My main work is the design and realization of the embedded software of the rescue communication system, that is, the embedded software design of the underground information recorder and the underground base station in the mine multimedia rescue communication system.Including embedded platform building and platform application software design and implementation.The embedded software of the rescue communication system is based on the ARM11-S3C6410 hardware platform. The embedded WinCE6.0 operating system is adopted and the VS2005 is used as the development environment.In this paper, the porting of BootLoader, logo customization and LCD driver debugging in embedded platform construction are presented.The application software of the platform is divided into four modules: video processing module, environment parameter module, configuration information module, alarm and prompt module.The video processing module adopts Directshow technology and H.264 hardware coding and decoding technology in S3C6410MFC to realize video display, compression, forwarding, reception, decoding and video stream display at the end of downhole information recorder.The environment parameter module draws the environmental parameter data collected by the sensor in the form of real-time curve, and the configuration information module includes the communication tripartite on-line state and the volume control.The alarm module is to start the buzzer alarm when the environmental parameter concentration exceeds the limit and the network fails.The test results show that the software can transmit the video and audio information and environmental parameter information from the underground rescue process to the underground rescue personnel, underground base station and ground command station in real time and accurately.It can help the command center to grasp the underground rescue situation in real time and to carry out the command better.This design not only applies to mine emergency rescue, but also can be used in daily mine, oil field and other monitoring systems.
