【摘要】：隨著電腦代工行業(yè)逐漸步入“微利時代”。各電腦品牌代工企業(yè)在產品、成本、質量以及服務等方面面臨的市場競爭壓力日益加劇，企業(yè)要想在激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境中獲勝并取得進一步發(fā)展，就必須增強在成本、質量、交期、彈性生產等方面的競爭能力，滿足客戶的最大需求，，國內外的研究和實踐證明，實施TPS（豐田精益生產方式）是提高綜合競爭力的主要手段之一。本文以SZMS公司系統(tǒng)組裝廠為研究背景，結合SZMS公司內外環(huán)境和資源狀況，在分析系統(tǒng)組裝廠生產運作現(xiàn)狀以及產品特點的基礎上，將TPS的相關技術導入企業(yè)，建立起適合SZMS公司系統(tǒng)組裝廠特點的精益生產方式。 文章在研究和總結TPS在國內外的研究和應用狀況的基礎上，系統(tǒng)的闡述了TPS的理論框架及其成功之處，以及準時化和自動化的原理和方法等精益生產的相關理論方法。 本文首先對SZMS公司系統(tǒng)組裝廠推行TPS的必要性和可行性進行了分析，在對SZMS公司系統(tǒng)組裝廠所代工的產品和生產流程分析的基礎上，對系統(tǒng)組裝廠生產運作的現(xiàn)狀進行了深入細致的分析，指出生產運作流程上供應商管控、物管、組裝、測試、老化測試、包裝、維修等環(huán)節(jié)以及生產線形態(tài)方面存在的問題并提出了改進方案，優(yōu)化了系統(tǒng)組裝廠的生產運作流程。并提出了建立精益生產推行機構、培訓、推行快樂工作幸福生活法以及績效考核和激勵等保障措施來保障TPS在SZMS公司系統(tǒng)組裝廠的順利推行和實施。
[Abstract]:With the computer contract industry gradually stepping into the "small profit era."Contract manufacturing enterprises of various computer brands face increasing market competition pressures in terms of products, costs, quality and services. If enterprises want to win and further develop in the fierce market competition environment, they must enhance their cost and quality.In order to meet the maximum demand of customers, it is proved by domestic and international research and practice that the implementation of TPS( Toyota Lean production) is one of the main means to improve the comprehensive competitiveness.In this paper, based on the research background of SZMS system assembly plant, combined with the internal and external environment and resource situation of SZMS Company, and on the basis of analyzing the production and operation status and product characteristics of the system assembly plant, the relevant technology of TPS is introduced into the enterprise.Establish the lean production mode suitable for SZMS system assembly plant.On the basis of studying and summarizing the research and application of TPS at home and abroad, this paper systematically expounds the theoretical framework and its success of TPS, as well as the relevant theories and methods of lean production such as the principle and method of just-in-time and automatization.In this paper, the necessity and feasibility of implementing TPS in SZMS system assembly plant are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the products and production process of the system assembly plant of SZMS Company,The current situation of production and operation of the system assembly plant is analyzed in detail. It is pointed out that supplier control, material pipe, assembly, test, aging test, packaging, etc.The problems in maintenance and production line form are put forward to optimize the operation flow of the system assembly plant.In order to ensure the smooth implementation and implementation of TPS in the system assembly plant of SZMS Company, the author puts forward some safeguards such as establishing lean production implementing organization, training, promoting happy work and happy life method, and performance appraisal and incentive.
