【摘要】:本文主要介紹了基于Peaks-Pro4芯片的3D藍光刻錄機的設計,以及通過實驗驗證該設計產(chǎn)品是否滿足規(guī)格要求。 此項工作的目的是以Peaks-Pro4控制芯片為系統(tǒng)核心,搭配串行接口1TB3.5英寸的硬盤,并采用松下自主的BD/DVD刻錄再生驅(qū)動機芯,設計具有SD/BD/3D/HDD四驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的播放刻錄一體機。Peaks-Pro4作為基于松下最新的Uniphier系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的LSI,其集高品位AV、低功耗、實時、安全于一體;并采用了3D圖形顯示處理技術,立體用戶界面,提高了數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送顯示速度;支持各種AV多媒體處理技術,可同時高性能地對2頻道進行HD編碼刻錄及對其一頻道實時解碼。 本課題重點為:結合市場實際需求,采用具有多模塊的Peaks-Pro4芯片系統(tǒng),提高了系統(tǒng)的編解碼速度,使3D影像的播放表現(xiàn)地更為流暢和自然。同時,多模塊集成的采用,簡化了設計,降低了成本。本課題著重于硬件部分的設計,在使用UC3842PWM集成控制器控制電流的基礎上,追加了輸入過壓保護電路的設計,實現(xiàn)了電源保護電路的設計。DDR3SDRAM的設計采用CSP.FBGA封裝方式包裝,除了延續(xù)DDR2SDRAM的控制方式外,新增了CWD、Reset、ZQ、SRT、RASR功能,提供了更高的運行效能與更低的電壓。在WIFI設計中,經(jīng)過數(shù)次實驗的改進,最終采取了HDD支架上追加WIFI驅(qū)動線卡爪,增加了WIFI驅(qū)動SATA線并調(diào)整驅(qū)動SATA走線式樣的方法,大大提高了WIFI信號的覆蓋率。同時,還針對Peaks-Pro4芯片周邊的HDMI、USB、B-CAS等電路進行了設計;然后,對試作產(chǎn)品的系統(tǒng)EMC進行評價,對HDD噪音、靜電實驗、環(huán)境信賴性、音視頻性能等進行測試,最終驗證產(chǎn)品硬件,從而完成整個設計產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)。 最后,通過噪音測試、電磁兼容測試等各項測試,驗證了產(chǎn)品的安全性和可靠性,表明所完成3D藍光刻錄機滿足設計要求。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly introduces the design of 3D Blu-ray recorder based on Peaks-Pro4 chip.The purpose of this work is to take the Peaks-Pro4 control chip as the core of the system, to match the 1TB3.5 inch hard disk with the serial interface, and to use Panasonic's independent BD/DVD to burn the regenerative drive core.This paper designs an integrated playback and recording machine, .Peaks-Pro4, with SD/BD/3D/HDD four-driver system, which is developed on the basis of Panasonic's latest Uniphier system. It integrates high grade AVV, low power consumption, real-time and security, and adopts 3D graphics display processing technology and three-dimensional user interface.The data transmission and display speed is improved, and various AV multimedia processing techniques are supported, which can simultaneously perform HD coding and recording of channel 2 and real-time decoding of channel 1 at the same time.The focus of this paper is: according to the actual demand of the market, the multi-module Peaks-Pro4 chip system is adopted, which improves the coding and decoding speed of the system and makes the 3D image play more fluently and naturally.At the same time, the adoption of multi-module integration simplifies the design and reduces the cost.This subject focuses on the design of hardware. On the basis of using UC3842PWM integrated controller to control current, the design of additional input overvoltage protection circuit is implemented. The design of power supply protection circuit. DDR3 SDRAM is packaged by CSP.FBGA package.In addition to extending the control mode of DDR2SDRAM, the new function of ZQT RASR is added, which provides higher running efficiency and lower voltage.In the design of WIFI, after several experiments, the WIFI driver claw is added to the HDD bracket, and the method of WIFI driving SATA line and adjusting the style of driving SATA line is added, which greatly improves the coverage of WIFI signal.At the same time, it also designs the HDMI-USB B-CAS circuit around the Peaks-Pro4 chip, then evaluates the system EMC of the test-made product, tests the HDD noise, electrostatic experiment, environmental reliability, audio and video performance, and finally verifies the hardware of the product.In order to complete the development of the entire design product.Finally, the safety and reliability of the product are verified by noise test, electromagnetic compatibility test and other tests. The results show that the 3D Blu-ray recorder meets the design requirements.
