【摘要】:本論文主要介紹一種基于AT89S52單片機(jī)的手持金屬探測(cè)器的電路組成、軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)、工作原理及主要性能。以AT89S52單片機(jī)為核心的該金屬探測(cè)器,主要由信號(hào)采集部分和信號(hào)處理部分組成。通過渦流傳感器探測(cè)到的感應(yīng)信號(hào)經(jīng)過放大、峰值檢波、模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換后經(jīng)由單片機(jī)進(jìn)行信號(hào)的處理與判斷,從而判定是否探測(cè)到金屬,并報(bào)警。另外,本文還通過探討認(rèn)為影響儀器靈敏度的主要因素是檢測(cè)線圈的尺寸和匝數(shù)及儀器的工作頻率;影響儀器穩(wěn)定性的因素是線圈的制作工藝、應(yīng)用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境的溫度、濕度及供電電源的穩(wěn)定度。 該金屬探測(cè)器的設(shè)計(jì)還給它添加了接口可以和外圍的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行通訊,這里實(shí)現(xiàn)了與外圍液晶顯示,鍵盤和AT89S52組成的外圍數(shù)據(jù)處理與顯示模塊的通信,對(duì)前端探測(cè)到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行再處理和分析,并將結(jié)果顯示在液晶屏幕上,并可以通過鍵盤對(duì)前端的探測(cè)精度進(jìn)行設(shè)置。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly introduces the circuit composition, software realization, working principle and main performance of a handheld metal detector based on AT89S52 microcontroller.The metal detector, which is based on AT89S52 microcontroller, is mainly composed of signal acquisition part and signal processing part.The inductive signal detected by eddy current sensor is amplified, the peak value is detected, and the signal is processed and judged by single chip microcomputer after A / D conversion, so as to determine whether the metal is detected and alarm.In addition, it is considered that the main factors affecting the sensitivity of the instrument are the size of the coil, the number of turns and the working frequency of the instrument, and the factors affecting the stability of the instrument are the making process of the coil and the application of the temperature in the field.Humidity and power supply stability.The design of the metal detector also adds an interface to communicate with the peripheral system, where the communication with peripheral data processing and display module composed of peripheral liquid crystal display, keyboard and AT89S52 is realized.The data detected in the front end are reprocessed and analyzed, and the results are displayed on the LCD screen, and the detection accuracy of the front end can be set by the keyboard.
