基于卡片分類法的移動(dòng)平板應(yīng)用信息架構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,移動(dòng)平板電腦在消費(fèi)者人群中的普及率越來(lái)越高,基于移動(dòng)平板的應(yīng)用程序在種類和數(shù)量方面也在快速增加。然而由于移動(dòng)平板電腦屏幕相比個(gè)人電腦偏小,在如此小的空間內(nèi)展示大量信息存在壓力,因此梳理信息層級(jí),構(gòu)建合適的信息架構(gòu)對(duì)應(yīng)用程序而言顯得格外重要。在此背景下,本文依據(jù)卡片分類法梳理信息層級(jí)并構(gòu)建信息架構(gòu)。 本文對(duì)移動(dòng)平板應(yīng)用(APP)的信息架構(gòu)展開(kāi)研究,并利用卡片分類的方法對(duì)其進(jìn)行方法論層面的探索,并通過(guò)具體的設(shè)計(jì)案例進(jìn)行應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證。具體的研究從卡片分類和信息架構(gòu)兩個(gè)方面展開(kāi)。在卡片分類的研究方面,本文首先從招募目標(biāo)用戶參與功能點(diǎn)分類出發(fā),通過(guò)觀察用戶分類過(guò)程,探討用戶卡片分組情況,得到所有卡片分組的數(shù)據(jù)。然后,通過(guò)分析用戶分組數(shù)據(jù),得到用戶分組名稱的一致率(Agreement)參數(shù),基于一致率的高低確定卡片分組的名稱。接下來(lái),通過(guò)分析功能點(diǎn)的分組數(shù)據(jù),探討功能點(diǎn)在每組內(nèi)出現(xiàn)的概率,得到功能點(diǎn)被分類到各組的概率分布表。然后,分析任意兩個(gè)功能點(diǎn)被分類到同一個(gè)組內(nèi)的概率,進(jìn)而分析任意兩個(gè)功能點(diǎn)被分到任意一個(gè)組內(nèi)的概率。最后,通過(guò)聚類分析法分析功能點(diǎn)分組數(shù)據(jù),得到功能點(diǎn)之間的距離值,并根據(jù)距離值生成功能點(diǎn)距離樹(shù)狀圖,以圖形化的方式展示功能點(diǎn)之間的關(guān)系。在研究構(gòu)建信息架構(gòu)方面,通過(guò)功能點(diǎn)的距離樹(shù)狀圖,結(jié)合功能點(diǎn)的分組數(shù)以及每組的名稱,構(gòu)建功能點(diǎn)的信息架構(gòu),得到信息架構(gòu)圖。在評(píng)估信息架構(gòu)方面,采用基于卡片的分類評(píng)估法評(píng)估移動(dòng)平板應(yīng)用的信息架構(gòu),根據(jù)評(píng)估結(jié)果,修正信息架構(gòu)存在的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)多次迭代,直至得到滿意的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果。論文結(jié)合在亞信聯(lián)創(chuàng)(中國(guó))有限公司參與的移動(dòng)端購(gòu)物應(yīng)用Veris項(xiàng)目,通過(guò)參考上述理論和方法,,達(dá)到了產(chǎn)品信息展示一目了然,信息架構(gòu)清晰明了,用戶操作過(guò)程無(wú)障礙化,初步驗(yàn)證了本文研究的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, mobile tablets are becoming more and more popular among consumers, and the number and variety of mobile tablet applications are also increasing rapidly.However, because the mobile tablet computer screen is smaller than the personal computer, there is pressure to display a large amount of information in such a small space, so it is particularly important for applications to comb the information hierarchy and build the appropriate information architecture.Under this background, this paper combs the information hierarchy and constructs the information architecture according to the card classification.In this paper, the information architecture of mobile tablet application app is studied, and the methodology of card sorting is explored, and the application is verified by a specific design case.The specific research from the card classification and information structure two aspects.In the research of card classification, this paper starts from recruiting target users to participate in the classification of function points, through observing the process of user classification, discusses the situation of user card grouping, and obtains the data of all card grouping.Then, by analyzing the user packet data, the consistency rate and agreement parameter of the user packet name are obtained, and the name of the card grouping is determined based on the consistency rate.Then, by analyzing the grouped data of function points, the probability of functional points appearing in each group is discussed, and the probability distribution table of each group is obtained.Then, the probability of any two functional points being classified into the same group is analyzed, and the probability that any two functional points are divided into any one group is analyzed.Finally, the distance value between function points is obtained by cluster analysis, and the distance tree is generated according to the distance value, and the relationship between function points is displayed graphically.In the aspect of constructing information architecture, the information architecture of function points is constructed by the distance tree diagram of function points, the number of groups of function points and the names of each group.In the aspect of evaluating information architecture, the card based classification evaluation method is used to evaluate the information architecture of mobile tablet applications. According to the evaluation results, the problems of information architecture are corrected.After several iterations, the design results are satisfactory.By referring to the above theories and methods, the paper combines the Veris project of mobile side shopping in CSCC (China) Co., Ltd., and achieves the following: product information display is clear, the information structure is clear, and the user operation process is barrier-free.The effectiveness of this study is preliminarily verified.
