【摘要】：隨著近些年信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，如今的嵌入式系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為諸多行業(yè)研究和應(yīng)用的熱點(diǎn)。因?yàn)閒lash具有非易失性、讀取速度快和功耗低等特點(diǎn)被廣泛的應(yīng)用于嵌入式系統(tǒng)，但芯片測(cè)試存在周期長(zhǎng)，成本高等問(wèn)題。 本文結(jié)合0.13μm嵌入式閃存存儲(chǔ)器和90nm閃存存儲(chǔ)器的研發(fā)項(xiàng)目，提出了一種基于單片機(jī)AT89C51SND1的可實(shí)現(xiàn)MP3播放的flash測(cè)試的設(shè)計(jì)方法，以AT89C51SND1為核心，設(shè)計(jì)外圍電路，完成原理圖設(shè)計(jì)、PCB板設(shè)計(jì)并裝配成實(shí)驗(yàn)開(kāi)發(fā)板，并利用c語(yǔ)言調(diào)整編譯器KeilC和ISP在線調(diào)試軟件FLIP，將嵌入式技術(shù)融入單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用，調(diào)試實(shí)現(xiàn)具有多媒體播放功能并測(cè)試flash功能和性能。 在與老師同學(xué)合作設(shè)計(jì)、制造、調(diào)試開(kāi)發(fā)板的過(guò)程中，學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐軟、硬件的設(shè)計(jì)思想、開(kāi)發(fā)的流程、相關(guān)軟件的使用、解決問(wèn)題的能力，合作完成了開(kāi)發(fā)板的設(shè)計(jì)和制版工作，，并完成部分flash功能和性能的測(cè)試。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology in recent years, embedded system has become a hot research and application in many industries. Because flash has the characteristics of non-volatile, fast reading speed and low power consumption, it has been widely used in embedded systems. However, the chip test has the problems of long period and high cost. Combined with the R & D project of 0.13 渭 m embedded flash memory and 90nm flash memory, this paper presents a design method of flash test for MP3 playback based on MCU AT89C51SND1. The peripheral circuit is designed with AT89C51SND1 as the core. The schematic design is completed and the PCB board is designed and assembled into an experimental development board. The compiler KeilC and ISP on-line debugging software FLIPA are adjusted by c language. The embedded technology is integrated into the development and application of single-chip microcomputer system. Debug implementation has multimedia play function and test flash function and performance. In the process of designing, manufacturing and debugging the development board with teachers and classmates, learn to practice the design ideas of software and hardware, the process of development, the use of related software, and the ability to solve problems. Cooperation completed the development board design and plate making, and some of the flash function and performance testing.
