PROFIBUS-DP和MODBUS集成化從節(jié)點(diǎn)裝置研究

【摘要】:PROFIBUS-DP是面向流程自動(dòng)化和工廠自動(dòng)化的一種國(guó)際性現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線,是一種開放的、具有廣泛應(yīng)用范圍的數(shù)字通信系統(tǒng),適合于可靠性要求高、快速和時(shí)間要求嚴(yán)格的各種通信環(huán)境。MODBUS通信協(xié)議是起初應(yīng)用于電子控制器領(lǐng)域的一種通信協(xié)議,通過MODBUS協(xié)議,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)不同控制器之間,以及控制器通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)(如Internet)和其它設(shè)備進(jìn)行通信。目前,與PROFIBUS-DP和MODBUS總線相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品種類也已很多,其中相關(guān)從站設(shè)備(如數(shù)字傳感器、變送器、儀表與執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)等)更是現(xiàn)在研究的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。但是目前國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)多協(xié)議集成化的研究并不多見,所以本文研究設(shè)計(jì)了一種PROFIBUS-DP和MODBUS集成化從節(jié)點(diǎn)裝置,實(shí)現(xiàn)了該模塊在兩個(gè)從節(jié)點(diǎn)功能上的快速切換。主要內(nèi)容包括: 1、首先介紹了兩種現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展基本現(xiàn)狀以及本課題的研究?jī)?nèi)容和意義,然后全面的分析了PROFIBUS-DP和MODBUS兩種現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、通信原理與數(shù)據(jù)格式。 2、在分析兩種現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線共用技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)之上深入研究并實(shí)現(xiàn)在一塊微處理器上集成兩類從節(jié)點(diǎn),并解決兩類從節(jié)點(diǎn)功能切換的問題,同時(shí)給出了集成化從節(jié)點(diǎn)模塊的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述了軟硬件上的具體解決方法。在硬件設(shè)計(jì)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了以單片機(jī)、SPC3協(xié)議芯片和RS485驅(qū)動(dòng)電路為核心的PROFIBUS-DP從節(jié)點(diǎn)功能以及單片機(jī)和RS485驅(qū)動(dòng)電路為核心的MODBUS從節(jié)點(diǎn)功能,最后對(duì)硬件電路的工作原理進(jìn)行了說明。在軟件設(shè)計(jì)上采用C51語(yǔ)言分別編寫兩種現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線的從節(jié)點(diǎn)功能代碼,在此基礎(chǔ)上將其合并為一個(gè)集成化從節(jié)點(diǎn)代碼。 3、根據(jù)PROFIBUS-DP和MODBUS從站測(cè)試相關(guān)的功能與技術(shù)要求,對(duì)本模塊的測(cè)試方案進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析與論證。分別搭建兩個(gè)從節(jié)點(diǎn)模塊的測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試,并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,并論證了論文所提出的PROFIBUS-DP和MODBUS集成化從節(jié)點(diǎn)模塊方案是正確可行的。
[Abstract]:PROFIBUS-DP is an international field bus for process automation and factory automation. It is an open digital communication system with a wide range of applications and is suitable for high reliability requirements. The communication protocol .Modbus, which is fast and time demanding, is a kind of communication protocol originally applied in the field of electronic controller. Through MODBUS protocol, different controllers can be realized. And the controller communicates through the network (such as Internet) and other devices. At present, there are many kinds of products related to PROFIBUS-DP and MODBUS bus, including related slave station equipment (such as digital sensor, transmitter, etc.). Instruments and actuators are the key technologies of current research. But there are few researches on multi-protocol integration at home and abroad, so this paper studies and designs a kind of PROFIBUS-DP and MODBUS integrated slave node device. The fast switching between the two slave nodes is realized. The main contents are as follows:. 1. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic development situation of two fieldbus at home and abroad, and the research content and significance of this subject, then analyzes the architecture, communication principle and data format of PROFIBUS-DP and MODBUS. 2. Based on the analysis of two common fieldbus technologies, the integration of two slave nodes on a single microprocessor is studied and realized, and the problem of functional switching between two slave nodes is solved. At the same time, the overall design scheme of the integrated slave module is given. On the basis of this, the concrete solution of hardware and software is expounded. In hardware design, the functions of PROFIBUS-DP slave node based on MCU SPC3 protocol chip and RS485 driver circuit and MODBUS slave node function with MCU and RS485 drive circuit as the core are realized. Finally, the working principle of the hardware circuit is explained. In the software design, the slave node function codes of two kinds of fieldbus are compiled by using C51 language, and on this basis, it is merged into an integrated slave node code. 3. According to the functions and technical requirements of PROFIBUS-DP and MODBUS slave station test, the test scheme of this module is analyzed and demonstrated in detail. The experimental results are analyzed, and it is proved that the proposed scheme of PROFIBUS-DP and MODBUS integrated slave module is correct and feasible.
