【摘要】：無論是學(xué)生還是工作人員,每個(gè)人都會(huì)用過紙質(zhì)筆記本幫助其學(xué)習(xí)和工作。當(dāng)下,隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的不斷創(chuàng)新及網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,人類社會(huì)已經(jīng)全面進(jìn)入了信息及網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代。為了應(yīng)對(duì)信息及網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代潮涌而來的超量信息,諸多數(shù)字化電子筆記本應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。數(shù)字化筆記本成為了處理電子信息和知識(shí)的利器。其用途廣泛,使用方式簡(jiǎn)便,既可以做到傳統(tǒng)紙質(zhì)筆記本能做到的知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)、保存、查詢等,還可以做到傳統(tǒng)紙質(zhì)筆記本無法做到的知識(shí)共享、創(chuàng)新等多個(gè)方面。近年,云計(jì)算、云存儲(chǔ)等新技術(shù)的不斷出現(xiàn),更讓最初的電子筆記軟件如虎添翼,實(shí)現(xiàn)了可移動(dòng)、多平臺(tái)、多媒體記錄等方式方法,極大的提高了其使用便利性,擴(kuò)展了其功能性,讓使用電子筆記的人也越來越多。 電子筆記的出現(xiàn)也讓人類的記錄行為發(fā)生了巨大的變化。在使用傳統(tǒng)紙質(zhì)筆記本的時(shí)候,我們記錄信息主要依靠手寫文字、手繪圖片。在智能手機(jī)和3G移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)逐漸發(fā)展起來后,圖片、音頻、視頻的記錄和通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)同步與共享就變得更加輕松容易了。正是這種文字、圖像、音頻等多媒體形式的綜合性的記錄使我們的記錄豐富起來,而且這種記錄形式也更加接近于人類的大腦對(duì)于存儲(chǔ)信息的處理方式。這些正是傳統(tǒng)紙質(zhì)筆記本無法企及的。再加上語(yǔ)音輸入方式的變革,讓電子文字輸入可以通過語(yǔ)音而不再依賴于手工打字,為電子筆記的記錄方式更加增加了便利性,讓記錄行為本身又有了一個(gè)新的飛躍。 本研究旨在梳理電子筆記的發(fā)展歷程,關(guān)注當(dāng)前電子筆記的最新研發(fā)熱點(diǎn),搜尋前沿的筆記本制作相關(guān)材料技術(shù)及IT技術(shù),以及社會(huì)文化發(fā)展潮流傾向與電子筆記本發(fā)展的結(jié)合。并通過對(duì)新材料、新技術(shù)、新概念的融合及應(yīng)用可行性分析,為當(dāng)前電子筆記研發(fā)者提供新的觀點(diǎn)。一些業(yè)內(nèi)觀察者提出了“電子筆記是否會(huì)取代office?"、"數(shù)字化筆記本是否會(huì)淘汰紙質(zhì)筆記本”等疑問,已成為了研究人士的爭(zhēng)論熱點(diǎn),本文也就此進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:Whether students or staff members, everyone will use paper notebooks to help them learn and work. Now, with the continuous innovation of computer technology and the rapid development of network technology, Human society has entered the information and network era. In order to cope with the surge of information and network era, Many digital electronic notebooks have emerged as the times require. Digital notebooks have become a sharp tool for dealing with electronic information and knowledge. They are widely used and easy to use. They can not only do the knowledge learning and preservation that traditional paper notebooks can do. Queries and so on, can also achieve the traditional paper notebooks can not achieve knowledge sharing, innovation and other aspects. In recent years, cloud computing, cloud storage and other new technologies continue to emerge, but also the original electronic note software, to achieve mobility. Multi-platform, multimedia recording and other methods, greatly improve its ease of use, expand its functionality, so that more and more people use electronic notes. The emergence of electronic notes has also brought about a huge change in human recording behavior. When we use traditional paper notebooks, we mainly rely on handwritten text to record information. Hand-drawn pictures. With the development of smartphones and 3G mobile Internet, recording and sharing of pictures, audio and video becomes easier and easier. The comprehensive recording of audio and other multimedia forms enriches our records. And this form of recording is much closer to the way the human brain processes information, which is beyond the reach of traditional paper notebooks, and the changes in voice input. So that electronic text input can not rely on manual typing by voice, the recording of electronic notes is more convenient, and the recording behavior itself has made a new leap forward. The purpose of this study is to sort out the development of electronic notes, to focus on the latest research and development of electronic notes, and to search for the relevant materials and IT technologies in notebook production. And the combination of social and cultural trends with the development of electronic notebooks. And through the fusion of new materials, new technologies, new concepts and feasibility analysis of their application, Provide a new perspective for current e-note developers. Some industry observers have suggested, "will electronic notes replace office?" Questions such as whether digital notebooks will eliminate paper notebooks have become a hot issue among researchers, and this paper also discusses this issue.
