【摘要】:針對工業(yè)上廣泛使用的空氣壓縮機(jī)組,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于嵌入式系統(tǒng)的機(jī)組運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)以微處理器為核心,集通信、采集、處理和存儲功能于一體,通過移植嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)μC/OS-II來完成任務(wù)的調(diào)度和管理。分別給出了監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)方案、硬件電路和軟件設(shè)計(jì)流程。仿真和實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,該系統(tǒng)具有較好的可靠性、實(shí)時(shí)性、穩(wěn)定性,安裝調(diào)試方便,能有效地監(jiān)控空壓機(jī)組運(yùn)行時(shí)的各個狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the air compressor widely used in industry, a kind of unit running state monitoring system based on embedded system is designed. The system takes microprocessor as the core and integrates the functions of communication, collection, processing and storage. The task scheduling and management are accomplished by transplanting the embedded operating system 渭 C/OS-II. The overall design scheme, hardware circuit and software design flow of the monitoring system are given respectively. The simulation and practical application show that the system has good reliability. Real-time, stability, easy to install and debug, can effectively monitor the air compressor group operation of each state.
