【摘要】：M-BUS(儀表總線)以遠(yuǎn)程供電及自由拓?fù)涞忍攸c(diǎn)被廣泛應(yīng)用于儀表或者傳感器的通信中,而其帶負(fù)載能力和接收處理能力是限制其應(yīng)用范圍的兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素,為此,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的一種高驅(qū)動(dòng)主機(jī)發(fā)送電路和傳統(tǒng)的主機(jī)接收電路分別進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。發(fā)送電路通過(guò)調(diào)整電路結(jié)構(gòu),增加MOS管驅(qū)動(dòng)電路和柵極保護(hù)電路,完善電路的關(guān)閉功能,從而在保持高驅(qū)動(dòng)的同時(shí),提高了電路運(yùn)行的可靠性;接收電路采用差動(dòng)運(yùn)放對(duì)接收信號(hào)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理再比較,提高了電路對(duì)變化負(fù)載的適應(yīng)性和抗干擾能力。對(duì)改進(jìn)后的發(fā)送電路和接收電路分別進(jìn)行對(duì)比仿真,結(jié)果顯示其收發(fā)性能均得到改善。
[Abstract]:M-BUS (instrument bus) is widely used in the communication of instrument or sensor with the characteristics of remote power supply and free topology, and its load capacity and receiving and processing ability are the two key factors limiting its application scope. The existing high drive host transmission circuit and the traditional host receiving circuit are improved respectively. By adjusting the circuit structure, the transmission circuit increases the MOS transistor drive circuit and the gate protection circuit, and improves the circuit closing function. Thus, the reliability of the circuit is improved while maintaining the high drive, and the receiving circuit uses differential operational amplifier to preprocess and compare the received signal. The adaptability of the circuit to the variable load and the ability of anti-interference are improved. The comparison and simulation of the improved transmission circuit and the receiving circuit show that the transceiver performance is improved.
