【摘要】：為了降低前導(dǎo)零檢測(cè)電路的延時(shí)和提高端口輸出的同步性,提出了一種稀疏樹前導(dǎo)零檢測(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)及動(dòng)態(tài)電路的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。通過(guò)遞歸前導(dǎo)零算法表達(dá)式定義了兩種新的布爾運(yùn)算邏輯,以構(gòu)成稀疏樹中的結(jié)點(diǎn)。精確控制動(dòng)態(tài)電路中預(yù)充時(shí)鐘的偏移量,在抑制電路漏電的同時(shí)控制輸出端口延時(shí)差。該結(jié)構(gòu)能夠以最少的邏輯級(jí)數(shù)和均衡的運(yùn)算單元負(fù)載實(shí)現(xiàn)檢測(cè)前導(dǎo)零功能,對(duì)于不同數(shù)量的待測(cè)信號(hào),通過(guò)擴(kuò)展"點(diǎn)操作"和"塊操作"單元互連網(wǎng)絡(luò)來(lái)生成新電路。采用偽隨機(jī)激勵(lì)向量驗(yàn)證了電路功能的正確性,大幅縮短了驗(yàn)證時(shí)間,在SMIC 40nm工藝下仿真顯示,各端口輸出延時(shí)差小于1ps,數(shù)據(jù)路徑長(zhǎng)度可降低20%。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the leading zero detection circuit delay and improve the synchronization of output ports, proposed the structure and dynamics of zero detection circuit of a sparse tree. Leading by recursive expressions for two kinds of new algorithm leading zero Boolean logic is defined, to form sparse tree nodes. Precise control of pre charge clock offset in dynamic circuit, control output port delay in suppressing circuit leakage at the same time. This structure can use logical series with minimum unit load balancing function for leading zero detection, the signal to be measured in different amounts, to generate a new circuit by extending the "operation" and "block" unit interconnection network. The pseudo random excitation vector to verify the correctness of the circuit function, shorten the test time, the simulation shows in SMIC 40nm process, the output delay is less than 1ps, according to the number of path length Can reduce 20%.
