【摘要】:MIL-STD-1553B是一種集中控制式、時分命令/響應型多路串行數據總線標準,具有互連簡單、高可靠性和靈活性等特性,最早應用于航空機載系統(tǒng)設備的互聯,現已廣泛地應用于航空航天等領域,并逐漸在更廣泛的領域中應用。 在國內1553B總線應用已開展多年,隨著GJB289A-97標準的推廣普及,各種新型裝備的設計普遍選用了1553B總線,對于已安裝在飛機等裝備上的1553B總線,要在設備外場進行調試和檢查維護,還沒有功能較全面、使用很方便的相關測試設備。 本文的研究目標是采用當前流行的嵌入式計算機開發(fā)方法,設計一款完全符合1553B協(xié)議,可模擬仿真BC、RT和MT多種模式,滿足設備外場測試使用要求的便攜加固式1553B總線現場測試儀。論文首先介紹了1553B總線技術及其應用背景,分析了1553B總線系統(tǒng)在設計、使用過程中對測試設備的需求,針對外場測試的特殊要求,提出了該現場測試儀的硬件設計和軟件解決方案。該測試儀的外形特征類似于一臺加固型筆記本電腦,擴展了1553B總線連接接口。硬件設計采用子母板結構,,主板采用基于ARM處理器的S3C2440A核心板,擴展子板上設計了以BU-61580為核心的1553B接口模塊,利用CPLD器件實現核心板與1553B接口電路的控制邏輯。軟件設計上,采用嵌入式Linux操作系統(tǒng),在S3C2440A主板上移植Linux操作系統(tǒng)內核和相應的BSP,在Linux下開發(fā)1553B總線專用應用軟件,并設計開發(fā)應用測試人機界面;在完成整個測試系統(tǒng)的硬件、軟件設計、調試后,結合應用實例,對設計進行了測試驗證和現場試用,驗證結果表明,該測試儀硬件系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定,軟件運行正常,具有較大的實用價值,達到了預期的設計目標;論文最后總結了設計工作,并對1553B總線測試設備將來進一步的發(fā)展提出了展望。
[Abstract]:MIL-STD-1553B is a centralized control, time division command / response multiplex serial data bus standard with the characteristics of simple interconnection, high reliability and flexibility. Has been widely used in aerospace and other fields, and gradually in a wider range of applications. 1553B bus has been applied in China for many years. With the popularization of GJB289A-97 standard, 1553B bus is widely used in the design of various new equipment. For the 1553B bus, which has been installed on aircraft and other equipment, it is necessary to debug and inspect and maintain the 1553B bus in the field of equipment. There is no functional and easy to use related testing equipment. The research goal of this paper is to design a kind of embedded computer development method, which conforms to 1553B protocol completely, and can simulate many kinds of models of BCU RT and MT. This paper introduces the 1553B bus technology and its application background, and analyzes the requirements of the 1553B bus system in the design and use process. According to the special requirements of the field test, the hardware design and software solution of the field tester are presented. The shape of the tester is similar to that of a reinforced notebook computer. The 1553B bus connection interface is extended. The hardware design adopts the sub-motherboard structure, the motherboard adopts the S3C2440A core board based on the ARM processor, and the 1553B interface module with BU-61580 as the core is designed on the extension sub-board. The control logic between the core board and 1553B interface circuit is realized by using CPLD device. In software design, the embedded Linux operating system is adopted, the kernel of Linux operating system and the corresponding BSPs are transplanted on the S3C2440A motherboard, and the 1553B bus special application software is developed under Linux. After the hardware, software design and debugging of the whole test system are completed, the design is tested and tested with an application example. The verification results show that, The hardware system runs stably and the software runs normally, which has great practical value and achieves the expected design goal. Finally, the paper summarizes the design work, and puts forward the prospect for the further development of 1553B bus test equipment in the future.
