【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展以及人們對(duì)方便快捷的生活的不斷追求,智能卡的應(yīng)用范圍也在迅速擴(kuò)展。像高校的一卡通、銀行卡、手機(jī)SIM卡、醫(yī)保卡、水電卡等等都屬于智能卡的范疇,尤其是接觸式智能卡。而生產(chǎn)智能卡最重要的一環(huán)就是向卡片中寫入數(shù)據(jù),而影響制卡速度主要因素在于讀寫器寫入芯片數(shù)據(jù)的速度。這就對(duì)讀寫器的寫卡速度和性能提出了很大要求。鑒于單機(jī)發(fā)卡的效率低,耗費(fèi)人工多,這種讀寫器主要用于安裝在快速的個(gè)人化系統(tǒng)中來(lái)進(jìn)行發(fā)卡。 針對(duì)當(dāng)前存在于智能卡讀寫器的問(wèn)題,本文主要研究了基于ISO/IEC7816標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的高速工業(yè)接觸式讀寫器,并給出了此讀寫器的驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)。文中首先給出了讀寫器設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范中關(guān)于電信號(hào)和協(xié)議的主要內(nèi)容,并簡(jiǎn)要概括了總體的設(shè)計(jì)方案。然后介紹了讀寫器的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,選用了支持智能卡接口、基于ARM內(nèi)核的STM32F103微處理器,,通過(guò)智能卡接口芯片ST8024CDR實(shí)現(xiàn)與卡片的數(shù)據(jù)交換。主要包括硬件電路組成和微處理器軟件模塊。隨后講述了此讀寫器驅(qū)動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì),它提供了完善的接口供開發(fā)人員開發(fā)使用。并對(duì)此讀寫器進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的測(cè)試和比較。 文中最后介紹了個(gè)人化系統(tǒng),它是伴隨著智能卡的龐大需求而出現(xiàn)的使用一臺(tái)設(shè)備同時(shí)驅(qū)動(dòng)多個(gè)讀寫器同時(shí)多線程寫卡的制卡設(shè)備。將設(shè)計(jì)的讀寫器應(yīng)用于此個(gè)人化系統(tǒng)中,用戶只需使用提供的個(gè)人化系統(tǒng)軟件接口和讀寫器驅(qū)動(dòng),即可實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化的高速穩(wěn)定的制卡。 此接觸式讀寫器的設(shè)計(jì)及其在個(gè)人化系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用針對(duì)速度慢和穩(wěn)定性差的缺點(diǎn)提出有效的解決方案。硬件上,讀寫器的操作方便簡(jiǎn)單,即插即用。軟件上,對(duì)上層應(yīng)用屏蔽了通信細(xì)節(jié),簡(jiǎn)化了上層應(yīng)用的開發(fā)。高速讀寫器結(jié)合個(gè)人化系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用最大寫卡速度可達(dá)8000張/小時(shí)。很大程度上提高了制卡商的生產(chǎn)效率和節(jié)約了成本。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and technology in our country and people's constant pursuit of convenient and fast life, the application of smart cards is also expanding rapidly, such as the one-card, bank card, mobile phone SIM card and medical insurance card of colleges and universities. Hydroelectric cards and so on belong to the category of smart cards, especially contact smart cards. The most important part of producing smart cards is to write data to the cards. The main factor that affects the speed of card printing is the speed at which the reader writes the data of the chip. This makes great demands on the speed and performance of the reader. This reader is mainly used to install in a fast personalization system to issue cards. Aiming at the problem of smart card reader, this paper mainly studies the high speed industrial contact reader based on ISO/IEC7816 standard. The driver design of the reader is given. The main contents of the electronic signal and the protocol in the design specification of the reader are given, and the overall design scheme is briefly summarized. Then, the design process of the reader is introduced. The STM32F103 microprocessor, which supports smart card interface and based on ARM kernel, is selected. Through the smart card interface chip ST8024CDR to realize the data exchange with the card, mainly includes the hardware circuit composition and the microprocessor software module. It provides a perfect interface for developers to develop and use, and this reader is tested and compared. At the end of this paper, the personalization system is introduced. It is a business card printing device that uses one device to drive multiple readers and multithreading cards at the same time, and applies the designed reader to the personalization system. Users only need to use the personal system software interface and reader driver to realize the industrialization of high-speed and stable business card printing. The design of the contact reader and its application in the personal system put forward an effective solution to the shortcomings of slow speed and poor stability. In hardware, the reader is easy to operate, plug and play. The communication details of the upper application are shielded, and the development of the upper application is simplified. The maximum write card speed of the application of high speed reader and personal system can reach 8000 pieces / hour. The production efficiency of the business card printing agent is improved to a great extent and the cost is saved.
