【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,而傳統(tǒng)的電能采集方式存在效率不高和傳送距離有限等問(wèn)題,因此,建立一個(gè)高效便捷的電能采集系統(tǒng)具有顯著的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。如今,隨著ARM技術(shù)不斷成熟,嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)成為IT技術(shù)的亮點(diǎn),在多方面都得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。因?yàn)樗倪@些特點(diǎn),給該類(lèi)設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)者提供很多技術(shù)支持。 本論文的目的是建立一個(gè)基于嵌入式微處理器AT91RM9200和μC/OS-II操作系統(tǒng)的嵌入式開(kāi)發(fā)通用平臺(tái),為嵌入式電能采集器的設(shè)計(jì)提供一個(gè)比較完備的軟硬件環(huán)境。采用Atmel公司ARM嵌入式處理器AT91RM9200為核心進(jìn)行了嵌入式系統(tǒng)的硬件平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì),包括存儲(chǔ)器模塊,串行接口模塊,復(fù)位模塊,以及時(shí)鐘電路,JTAG調(diào)試模塊,網(wǎng)口模塊,電源模塊等部分。在考慮電磁兼容的情況下,接著利用軟件Protel DXP 2004繪制硬件原理圖,并根據(jù)原理圖進(jìn)行了PCB設(shè)計(jì),完成了整塊板的硬件結(jié)構(gòu)的物理搭建。在電能采集器軟件設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,按照AT91RM9200的特殊機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)了嵌入式系統(tǒng)的引導(dǎo)程序BootLoader,利用軟件ADS1.2完成系統(tǒng)時(shí)鐘,中斷處理向量等設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系統(tǒng)在AT91RM9200上的移植。最后,完成了基于AT91RM9200的嵌入式電能采集器應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)。并且,進(jìn)行了電量采集功能的相關(guān)系統(tǒng)測(cè)試。 本文所設(shè)計(jì)的電能采集器作為電能表接入電能量管理系統(tǒng)的轉(zhuǎn)換裝置。又因?yàn)樗鼘?zhuān)門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)采集電能量,所以不存在效率方面的問(wèn)題。它若通過(guò)增加光纖芯片,搭載光纖接口可實(shí)現(xiàn)電能量的遠(yuǎn)距離傳輸,便于對(duì)電能量的監(jiān)控和管理。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society, the traditional power acquisition method has the problems of low efficiency and limited transmission distance. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to establish an efficient and convenient power acquisition system. With the maturity of ARM technology, embedded operating system has become the bright spot of IT technology and has been widely used in many aspects. Because of these characteristics, it provides a lot of technical support to the designers of this kind of equipment. The purpose of this thesis is to establish a general platform for embedded development based on embedded microprocessor AT91RM9200 and 渭 C / OS-II operating system. This paper provides a relatively complete hardware and software environment for the design of embedded power collector. The hardware platform of embedded system is designed with ARM embedded processor AT91RM9200 of Atmel company, including memory module and serial interface module. The reset module, as well as the clock circuit JTAG debugging module, the network port module, the power supply module and so on. Under the consideration of electromagnetic compatibility, the hardware schematic diagram is drawn by using the software Protel DXP 2004, and the PCB design is carried out according to the schematic diagram. In the process of software design of electric energy collector, the bootstrap program of embedded system is designed according to the special mechanism of AT91RM9200, and the software ADS1.2 is used to complete the design of system clock, interrupt processing vector and so on.
