【摘要】：隨著云計(jì)算應(yīng)用的逐步擴(kuò)大,技術(shù)日趨成就,這一新興的IT革命性的概念已經(jīng)毋庸置疑地成為了IT領(lǐng)域的最大熱點(diǎn)。特別是,在各大知名IT巨頭的積極推動(dòng)和參與下,云計(jì)算已經(jīng)開始逐漸由概念轉(zhuǎn)變成為付之實(shí)施的重點(diǎn),成為IT產(chǎn)業(yè)新的發(fā)展領(lǐng)域。協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)可以有效地提高辦公效率和溝通質(zhì)量,對(duì)于推動(dòng)信息化建設(shè)也起著舉足輕重的作用。如何利用云計(jì)算為中小型企業(yè)提供協(xié)同辦公解決方案成為一個(gè)重要的議題。 本文綜述了云計(jì)算的概念、特征,以及其商業(yè)模式的概念及主要理論。通過回顧目前國內(nèi)協(xié)同辦公解決方案市場的現(xiàn)狀與問題,分析當(dāng)前用戶對(duì)于協(xié)同辦公方案需求的變化與期望,深入探討了如何利用最新的云計(jì)算技術(shù)、SaaS商業(yè)模式為傳統(tǒng)的協(xié)同辦公解決方案謀求新的突破點(diǎn)。本文還對(duì)基于云計(jì)算的協(xié)同辦公解決方案在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、平臺(tái)構(gòu)架、功能和非功能性需求等方面作了詳細(xì)的分析和研究并給出了相應(yīng)的建議。在商業(yè)模式方面,本文結(jié)合價(jià)值網(wǎng)商業(yè)模式理論,闡述了基于云計(jì)算的協(xié)同辦公商業(yè)模式,包括商業(yè)模式的結(jié)構(gòu)模型、要素分析等。通過分析,總結(jié)了基于云計(jì)算的商業(yè)模式與傳統(tǒng)的軟件企業(yè)商業(yè)模式之間的不同點(diǎn)和具有的優(yōu)勢。最后,筆者運(yùn)用了SWOT、金字塔模型、波特五力模型等戰(zhàn)略分析工具,深入地分析了基于云計(jì)算的協(xié)同辦公解決方案商業(yè)模式的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和機(jī)遇。
[Abstract]:With the gradual expansion of cloud computing applications and the increasing achievements of technology, this new concept of IT revolution has undoubtedly become the biggest hot spot in the IT field. Cloud computing has gradually changed from concept to implementation, becoming a new development field of IT industry. Collaborative office system can effectively improve office efficiency and communication quality. It also plays an important role in promoting information construction. How to use cloud computing to provide cooperative office solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important issue. This paper reviews the concept, characteristics, business model and main theories of cloud computing. This paper analyzes the changes and expectations of current users' requirements for cooperative office solutions. This paper deeply discusses how to make use of the latest cloud computing technology and SaaS business model to find a new breakthrough point for the traditional collaborative office solution. This paper also discusses the system design and platform architecture of the collaborative office solution based on cloud computing. The functional and non-functional requirements are analyzed and studied in detail, and the corresponding suggestions are given. In terms of business model, this paper expounds the collaborative office business model based on cloud computing combined with the business model theory of value net. Through the analysis, the paper summarizes the differences and advantages between the business model based on cloud computing and the traditional software enterprise business model. Finally, the author uses SWOT, pyramid model, and so on. The strategic analysis tools, such as Porter's five Forces Model, deeply analyze the risks and opportunities of the business model of collaborative office solutions based on cloud computing.
