【摘要】:隨著案件信息的數(shù)字化處理日益普及,計算機(jī)制圖、數(shù)碼相機(jī)、無紙化辦公等開始進(jìn)入公安工作中。由此產(chǎn)生的大量數(shù)據(jù)和文件均需要采用計算機(jī)存儲。一方面,隨著時間發(fā)展,案件信息不斷增多,存儲的數(shù)據(jù)量迅速增長;另一方面,由于案件原始信息長期歸檔保存的需要,對數(shù)據(jù)安全性的要求越來越高。如何安全備份存儲案件信息,避免數(shù)據(jù)災(zāi)難是當(dāng)前公安工作中迫切需要解決的技術(shù)問題之一。 本系統(tǒng)在體系結(jié)構(gòu)上采用C/S的結(jié)構(gòu),DELPHI配合SQL Server2005為平臺進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。文章闡述了本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)需求與現(xiàn)實意義,比較了現(xiàn)有的案件數(shù)字信息備份存儲方法的優(yōu)缺點,規(guī)劃了新的基于計算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的文件存儲備份系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)實際工作中現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)情況、硬件設(shè)施情況進(jìn)行了闡述,提出了服務(wù)器與磁盤陣列架設(shè)的方式。通過對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析、結(jié)構(gòu)分析與可行性分析,對系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,,并劃分出各個模塊,主要分為系統(tǒng)設(shè)置模塊、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸模塊、定時備份模塊、文件實時監(jiān)控模塊、人工手動備份模塊、歸檔模塊和還原模塊并繪制了流程圖。對數(shù)據(jù)庫中的表進(jìn)行了設(shè)計,之后詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)各個模塊與功能的實現(xiàn)原理,著重闡述了文件冗余校驗、文件分版本備份的設(shè)計思路及實現(xiàn)。對開發(fā)過程中的難點進(jìn)行了分析和研究,并通過系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)圖、用例圖、順序圖、功能模塊圖、UML等方式形象地表述出來。使得對系統(tǒng)的分析清楚明了。 本系統(tǒng)操作比較簡單,具有穩(wěn)定可靠的性能和友好的用戶界面,能夠完成案件數(shù)字信息備份存儲的基本工作。通過自動、手動兩種方式對案件數(shù)據(jù)備份歸檔并自動進(jìn)行冗余清理,從而提高了數(shù)據(jù)安全性,降低數(shù)據(jù)存儲壓力,使得案件檔案管理更加科學(xué)化、自動化。經(jīng)過初步的測試,本系統(tǒng)能夠很好的運(yùn)行并實現(xiàn)備份、還原等設(shè)計功能,各功能模塊也達(dá)到了開始時設(shè)計的目標(biāo)。但是在資源占用、效率提高等方面還有待改進(jìn),系統(tǒng)功能在網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全方面還可以加強(qiáng)并增加協(xié)助勘驗人員對案件數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分類整理和統(tǒng)計等功能,使系統(tǒng)實用性能夠更強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:With the increasing popularity of digital processing of case information, computer graphics, digital cameras, paperless offices, and so on, are beginning to enter the public security work. A large number of data and documents resulting therefrom need to be stored by computer. On the one hand, With the development of time, the case information is increasing and the amount of data stored is increasing rapidly. On the other hand, due to the need of long-term archiving and preservation of the original information of the case, the requirement of data security is becoming more and more high. Avoiding data disaster is one of the technical problems that need to be solved urgently in the current public security work. The system is designed and implemented on the platform of C / S structure Delphi and SQL Server2005. This paper expounds the development requirements and practical significance of the system, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods of case digital information backup storage. A new file storage and backup system based on computer network is planned. According to the actual network situation, the hardware facilities are expounded, and the way of server and disk array erection is put forward. Structure analysis and feasibility analysis, the system structure analysis, and divided into various modules, mainly divided into system setup module, network transmission module, timing backup module, file real-time monitoring module, manual backup module, The archiving module and the restoring module and the flowchart are drawn. The table in the database is designed. After that, the realization principle of each module and function of the system is introduced in detail, and the redundancy check of the file is emphasized. This paper analyzes and studies the difficulties in the process of development, and through the system structure diagram, use case diagram, sequence diagram, the system structure diagram, the use case diagram, the sequence diagram, the system structure diagram, the use case diagram, the sequence diagram, The function module diagram and UML are expressed vividly, so that the analysis of the system is clear and clear. The system is easy to operate, has stable and reliable performance and friendly user interface, can complete the basic work of case digital information backup and storage. Two methods of manual backup and archiving of case data and automatic redundancy cleaning are carried out to improve data security, reduce data storage pressure, and make case file management more scientific and automatic. The system can run well and realize the design functions of backup and restore. The function modules also reach the goal of design at the beginning. However, in the aspects of resource occupation, efficiency improvement and so on, there are still some improvements to be made. The system function can also strengthen and increase the functions of assisting surveyors to sort and statistics the case data in the aspect of network security, so that the system can be more practical.
