【摘要】:在醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)中,體溫、血壓和脈搏3個(gè)生理參數(shù)是人體最重要、最基本的生命體征。如何能自動(dòng)、及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確完成對(duì)這些參數(shù)的監(jiān)測(cè),并且實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的無(wú)線傳輸成為當(dāng)前研究的熱點(diǎn)。本文針對(duì)嵌入式系統(tǒng)體積小、功能強(qiáng)大、成本低廉等優(yōu)勢(shì),智能手機(jī)日益普及,Internet高速發(fā)展,將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的概念應(yīng)用于醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng),提出了eHealthCare系統(tǒng),并完成了系統(tǒng)下健康伴侶的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本文的選題對(duì)醫(yī)療事業(yè)有著深遠(yuǎn)的意義,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,人民的生活水平有了極大的提高,但經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展使得社會(huì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈加激烈,工作和生活節(jié)奏的加快,壓力的與日俱增,使人們無(wú)暇關(guān)注自己的身體健康,久而久之自身的身體健康狀況不斷下降,身體開始出現(xiàn)各種各樣的問題,這種情況在大城市尤為明顯。人們開始對(duì)自身健康問題的關(guān)注,希望通過更加方便,更加快捷的方法去了解自身的身體狀況,同樣,醫(yī)務(wù)工作者也希望通過簡(jiǎn)單的方法來獲得病人的生理參數(shù),以便及時(shí)觀察病人健康狀況的變化。因此,研究出一套在家就能自動(dòng)、準(zhǔn)確完成對(duì)人體生理參數(shù)的監(jiān)測(cè),并能將數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送給遠(yuǎn)程的醫(yī)療信息系統(tǒng),使醫(yī)務(wù)工作者能夠及時(shí)獲取第一手的資料和數(shù)據(jù)的醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)顯得意義重大。 eHealthCare系統(tǒng)利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)這一新穎概念將便攜式醫(yī)療設(shè)備、用戶手機(jī)和醫(yī)療信息系統(tǒng)聯(lián)系在一起,實(shí)現(xiàn)了便攜式醫(yī)療設(shè)備的無(wú)線化,網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和遠(yuǎn)程化。 健康伴侶就是一臺(tái)基于嵌入式的便攜式家用醫(yī)療設(shè)備,在研究與設(shè)計(jì)前對(duì)市場(chǎng)上存在的以電子血壓計(jì)為主的各類醫(yī)療檢測(cè)設(shè)備進(jìn)行了充分的調(diào)查與分析,針對(duì)存在的不足提出了健康伴侶的設(shè)計(jì)方案,健康伴侶實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要功能包括多參數(shù)測(cè)量,LCD顯示,藍(lán)牙無(wú)線發(fā)送,除此之外,還要滿足體積小,功耗低,成本低,安全性高等特點(diǎn)。 為了實(shí)現(xiàn)以上功能,本系統(tǒng)采用了高性能的AVR微控制器為核心進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)測(cè)量過程的自動(dòng)控制與調(diào)節(jié);采用飛思卡爾半導(dǎo)體公司研制的壓力傳感器MPX2050GP完成血壓信號(hào)的數(shù)據(jù)采集,采用DALLAS公司生產(chǎn)的單線數(shù)字溫度傳感器DS18B20完成體溫信號(hào)的數(shù)據(jù)采集;利用AD620組成的直流放大電路及OPA277構(gòu)成的帶通濾波網(wǎng)絡(luò)提取信號(hào);使用微控制器內(nèi)部集成的10位逐次比較模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的轉(zhuǎn)換;所有數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)量完畢后可以在LCD顯示屏自動(dòng)顯示;系統(tǒng)還加入藍(lán)牙模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的無(wú)線發(fā)送功能。 最后,本文對(duì)本系統(tǒng)的研究和設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并提出了改進(jìn)措施及下一步的工作,相信對(duì)未來醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)設(shè)備的進(jìn)一步研究具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In the medical monitoring system, three physiological parameters, body temperature, blood pressure and pulse, are the most important and basic vital signs of the human body. This paper aims at the advantages of small size, powerful function and low cost of embedded system. The concept of Internet of things is applied to the medical monitoring system, and the eHealthCare system is proposed, and the design and implementation of the healthy partner under the system is completed. With the rapid development of our economy, the living standards of the people have been greatly improved, but the economic development has made the social competition more intense, and the pace of work and life has accelerated. With the increasing pressure, people have no time to pay attention to their own health. Over time, their own health condition is declining, and the body begins to appear various problems. This is especially true in big cities. People are beginning to pay attention to their own health problems, hoping to understand their physical condition in a more convenient and faster way. Medical workers also hope to obtain the patient's physiological parameters through a simple method in order to observe the changes in the patient's health status in time. Therefore, to develop a set of automatic and accurate monitoring of human physiological parameters at home, It is of great significance to send the data to the remote medical information system, so that the medical workers can get the first-hand information and data in time. EHealthCare system uses the novel concept of Internet of things to connect portable medical equipment, user's mobile phone and medical information system together, and realizes the wireless, network and remote of portable medical device. The health partner is a portable medical device based on embedded system. Before the research and design, we have made a thorough investigation and analysis of all kinds of medical testing equipment, which is mainly electronic sphygmomanometer in the market. The main functions of the health partner include multi-parameter measurement LCD display, Bluetooth wireless transmission, in addition to small size, low power consumption and low cost. High safety features. In order to realize the above functions, the system adopts the high-performance AVR microcontroller as the core to realize the automatic control and adjustment of the measurement process. The pressure sensor MPX2050GP developed by Freescale Semiconductor Company is used to complete the data acquisition of blood pressure signal, and the single line digital temperature sensor DS18B20 produced by DALLAS Company is used to complete the data acquisition of body temperature signal. The DC amplifier circuit composed of AD620 and the band-pass filter network composed of OPA277 are used to extract the signal, and the data conversion is realized by the 10-bit successive analog-to-digital converter integrated in the microcontroller. All the data can be automatically displayed on LCD display screen, and Bluetooth module is added to the system to realize wireless data transmission. Finally, this paper summarizes the research and design of the system, and puts forward the improvement measures and the next step, which is believed to be of certain guiding significance to the further study of medical monitoring equipment in the future.
