固態(tài)硬盤裝配生產(chǎn)線平衡的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的裝配線理論研究在快速多變的市場需求以及企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展的要求下已不能滿足要求,各生產(chǎn)企業(yè)對設(shè)備和設(shè)施的利用實施方面的研究明顯不足,急需解決減少流水線生產(chǎn)時各個工序間的在制品庫存數(shù)量問題以提升線體效率。平衡率能夠量化反映企業(yè)設(shè)備利用率和生產(chǎn)能力的水平,因而作為流水線平衡水平高低的代表被廣泛應(yīng)用。 論文以R機型裝配生產(chǎn)線為研究對象,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在明顯的瓶頸站位、人機利用率差以及作業(yè)工序安排不當(dāng)?shù)葐栴},并導(dǎo)致整體生產(chǎn)線平衡率不高。為解決這些問題,,論文首先通過學(xué)習(xí)曲線分析,重新定義了產(chǎn)線工時調(diào)整頻率;其次以x-σ(平均數(shù)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差)統(tǒng)計法重新確定工時量測值,明確改善前產(chǎn)線節(jié)拍以及生產(chǎn)能力;最后運用工業(yè)工程理論中ECRS(刪減Eliminate,合并Combine,重組Rearrange,簡化Simplify)和人機操作分析方法提升了裁板、點膠、靜電袋封口、鎖螺絲、包裝、測試等瓶頸站的產(chǎn)能。 經(jīng)過一系列改善后,R機型裝配生產(chǎn)線平衡率和生產(chǎn)能力提升了約1.9倍,同時節(jié)省了人力和設(shè)備成本。
[Abstract]:The traditional assembly line theory research has been unable to meet the requirements under the rapid and changeable market demand and the continuous development of enterprises, and the research on the use and implementation of equipment and facilities in various production enterprises is obviously insufficient. It is urgent to solve the problem of reducing the quantity of in-process inventory between the various processes of pipeline production in order to improve the line efficiency. The balance rate can quantitatively reflect the level of equipment utilization and production capacity of the enterprise. Therefore, as the representative of pipeline equilibrium level, it is widely used. This paper takes the R model assembly line as the research object, and finds that there are some problems such as obvious bottleneck position, poor man-machine utilization ratio and improper arrangement of the operation procedure, which leads to the low balance rate of the whole production line. Firstly, through the analysis of learning curve, the paper redefines the adjustment frequency of production line man-hour, then redetermines the measured value of man-hour by means of the statistical method of x- 蟽 (mean and standard deviation), and clearly improves the rhythm of production line and the production capacity. Finally, ECRSs (Delete Eliminate, merge Combine, Rearrange, simplify Simplify) and man-machine operation analysis methods in industrial engineering theory are used to improve the capacity of cutting board, dispensing, electrostatic bag sealing, locking screw, packaging, testing and so on. After a series of improvements, the balance rate and production capacity of the R model assembly line have been increased by about 1.9 times, and the cost of manpower and equipment has been saved.
