【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,城市化建設(shè)進(jìn)程不斷加快,帶來(lái)人們生活水平的不斷提高;小區(qū)供水系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)是其中的一個(gè)重要方面,供水的可靠性、穩(wěn)定性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性直接影響到小區(qū)住戶的正常工作和生活。我們生活的小區(qū)尤其是許多老小區(qū)供水設(shè)備自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)配置相對(duì)較低,機(jī)組的控制主要依賴值班人員的手動(dòng)操作來(lái)控制完成,控制過(guò)程繁瑣,而且手動(dòng)控制無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)供水管網(wǎng)的壓力和水位變化及時(shí)做出及時(shí)反應(yīng)。于是選擇一種符合用戶要求、設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范、安全、可靠經(jīng)濟(jì)的供水方式,給供水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)提出了新的要求。 論文結(jié)合高層小區(qū)供水系統(tǒng)的要求,設(shè)計(jì)出一套基于德國(guó)西門子S7-200系列可編程控制器的供水系統(tǒng)。供水系統(tǒng)由可編程控制器、水泵機(jī)組、壓力傳感器、熱繼電器、液位傳感器等構(gòu)成。本設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)控制水塔的液位來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)機(jī)組自動(dòng)控制,具有先進(jìn)性、可靠性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性及實(shí)用性等特點(diǎn)。 本供水系統(tǒng)具有手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)運(yùn)行兩種模式。通過(guò)兩種運(yùn)行模式可分別實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)三臺(tái)水泵進(jìn)行控制。采用星——三角形降壓?jiǎn)?dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)三相水泵電機(jī)的軟啟動(dòng),運(yùn)行模式采用“二主一備”的方式。熱繼電器用于檢測(cè)電機(jī)是否過(guò)載、短路故障,壓力傳感器檢測(cè)相應(yīng)水泵出水口壓力;液位傳感器檢測(cè)水塔蓄水量;PLC、繼電器、接觸器控制水泵機(jī)組運(yùn)行狀態(tài),共同達(dá)到供水要求。 根據(jù)以上控制要求,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)總體控制方案設(shè)計(jì)及硬件設(shè)備選型(PLC選型,估算所需工/0點(diǎn)數(shù),進(jìn)行I/0模塊選型),繪制系統(tǒng)硬件連接圖(包括系統(tǒng)硬件配置圖、I/0連接圖,分配I/0點(diǎn)數(shù),列出I/0分配表),熟練使用相關(guān)軟件,設(shè)計(jì)程序梯形圖,并對(duì)程序進(jìn)行調(diào)試和修改。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the process of urbanization construction is accelerating, and the living standard of people is improving. The construction of water supply system in residential area is one of the important aspects, the reliability and stability of water supply, The economy directly affects the normal work and life of the residents in the residential area. In our residential area, especially in many old residential areas, the automatic control system of the water supply equipment is relatively low, and the control of the unit mainly depends on the manual operation of the personnel on duty to control the completion of the system. The control process is cumbersome, and manual control can not realize timely response to the pressure and water level change of the water supply network. New requirements for the design of water supply system are put forward. This paper designs a water supply system based on Siemens S7-200 series programmable controller, which is composed of programmable controller, pump unit, pressure sensor, thermal relay, etc. The design realizes the automatic control of the whole unit by controlling the liquid level of the water tower, which is advanced, reliable, economical and practical. The water supply system has two modes of manual and automatic operation. Through the two operation modes, three water pumps can be controlled separately. The operation mode is "two main and one standby". Thermal relay is used to detect whether the motor is overload, short circuit fault, pressure sensor detects the pressure of the pump outlet, and the liquid level sensor detects the water storage capacity of water tower. The contactor controls the running state of the pump unit to meet the water supply requirements. According to the above control requirements, the system overall control scheme design and hardware equipment selection / PLC selection are carried out, the required work / / 0 points are estimated, I / 0 module selection is carried out, and the system hardware connection diagram (including the system hardware configuration diagram / I / 0 connection diagram) is drawn. Assign I / 0 points, list the I / 0 distribution tables, be proficient in using related software, design ladder diagrams, and debug and modify the programs.
