【摘要】:產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)是一個(gè)用雙手描繪世界的行業(yè),三維打印技術(shù)是一項(xiàng)徹底改變制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)流程的技術(shù),計(jì)算機(jī)三維建模是一項(xiàng)在計(jì)算機(jī)內(nèi)創(chuàng)造虛擬物體的技術(shù)。三項(xiàng)行業(yè)技術(shù)結(jié)合在一起散發(fā)出迷人的光芒。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容就是圍繞著這三者的結(jié)合而展開的。 產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)是制造業(yè)的重要部分,是產(chǎn)品的父親,產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的大體流程是:首先經(jīng)過產(chǎn)品提案對產(chǎn)品的雛形進(jìn)行前期設(shè)計(jì),三維建模,手板制作,成品制作。這一系列的過程中最難解決的,也是技術(shù)含量最高的就是手板制作的過程,傳統(tǒng)的制作方法大都是采用油泥手工制作模型或類似的方法,此方法最大的弊端就是費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力,上手困難,需要非常專業(yè)的人士進(jìn)行操作,并且需要長時(shí)間的練習(xí)與摸索,簡單來說就是需要熟練工,但即使是熟練工制作一個(gè)簡單的工業(yè)模型也大概需要一到兩周之長的時(shí)間。當(dāng)然還有一些其他的制作方法,例如用木頭雕刻制作,用膠版搭制等等,但這些都比油泥要更加浪費(fèi)時(shí)間和精力。 三維打印技術(shù)已經(jīng)面世有5年左右的時(shí)間,對于此項(xiàng)技術(shù)最大的受益者就是產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)中的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè),以前的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)節(jié)中制造手板模型的困難在三維打印技術(shù)面前迎刃而解,只要前期設(shè)計(jì)好草圖和效果圖,,在計(jì)算機(jī)里搭建好產(chǎn)品的三維模型之后即可輸入到三維打印機(jī)中進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的手板打印,打印一般的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品大概只需要幾個(gè)小時(shí)的時(shí)間,而且完全自動化,無需任何手工操作,這不僅大大的減輕了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)師的壓力,而且還大幅度的縮減了產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)周期,不僅提高了設(shè)計(jì)師之間的溝通的效率還為設(shè)計(jì)師與客戶之間的溝通提供了方便。 本文正是通過對以上環(huán)節(jié)的詳細(xì)分析和實(shí)現(xiàn)來研究與體現(xiàn)三維打印與三維建模技術(shù)的結(jié)合在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的先進(jìn)性與不足,以及作者本人對以上不足的一些看法和建議。雖然有些膚淺,但還是希望能給讀者一些幫助。
[Abstract]:Product design is an industry that portrays the world with both hands, and 3D printing is a technology that radically changes the manufacturing process. Computer 3D modeling is a technology to create virtual objects in computer. The combination of three industry technologies gives off a fascinating light. The main research content of this paper is about the combination of these three technologies. Product design is an important part of the manufacturing industry, is the father of products, the general process of product design is: first through the product proposal for the prototype of the product design, three-dimensional modeling, handboard production. This series of processes is the most difficult to solve, but also the highest technical content is the process of hand plate making, the traditional methods of making most of the use of mud handmade model or similar methods. The biggest drawback of this method is that it is time-consuming and laborious, difficult to use, requires very professional people to operate, and requires a long period of practice and groping, which is simply a need for skilled workers. But even a skilled worker can take about a week or two to build a simple industrial model. There are, of course, other ways to make it, such as wood carving, offset layouts, and so on. But these are more wasteful of time and energy than mud. 3D printing technology has been available for about 5 years, the biggest beneficiary of this technology is the product design industry in the product manufacturing industry. The difficulty of manufacturing handplate model in the previous product design is solved in front of 3D printing technology, as long as the sketches and effect drawings are well designed in the early stage. After the 3D model of the product is built in the computer, it can be input into the 3D printer to print the product's handboard. It takes only a few hours to print the general industrial product, and it is completely automated. Without any manual operation, this not only greatly reduces the pressure of product designers, but also greatly reduces the design cycle of the product. It not only improves the efficiency of communication between designers, but also provides convenience for communication between designers and customers. This paper is through the detailed analysis and implementation of the above links to study and reflect the combination of three-dimensional printing and three-dimensional modeling technology in the field of product design application of the advanced and inadequate. As well as the author's own views and suggestions on the above deficiencies. Although some superficial, but still hope to give readers some help.
