【摘要】：近年來(lái),中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)的筆記本電腦市場(chǎng)日益壯大,需求量以及銷售額上升明顯,各大品牌之間的企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也日趨白熱化。如何改善質(zhì)量,提高客戶滿意度,降低成本來(lái)提升其在本行業(yè)中的自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力成為許多公司工作的重點(diǎn)。本文運(yùn)用DMAIC方法,對(duì)具體需要質(zhì)量改進(jìn)的項(xiàng)目做了最初的定義及初始項(xiàng)目設(shè)定,收集相關(guān)原始質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)其進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分類、分析和研究,找出質(zhì)量問(wèn)題所在,提出改進(jìn)計(jì)劃并付諸實(shí)施。同時(shí),為確保計(jì)劃的適用性和有效性,在整個(gè)計(jì)劃實(shí)施過(guò)程中需要做全面的監(jiān)控和跟蹤,并及時(shí)作出相應(yīng)調(diào)整,以確保其始終朝著既定目標(biāo)開(kāi)展和實(shí)施。通過(guò)具體實(shí)例分析,研究索尼筆記本售后質(zhì)量管理方面在中國(guó)的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,列舉現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題和流程中的不足之處,收集原始數(shù)據(jù),按照筆記本中零件的不同,用柏拉圖的方法分析,列舉出主要影響不良率的零件。在對(duì)具體零件分析中,再次運(yùn)用柏拉圖對(duì)主要現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行分析,為后續(xù)提出改進(jìn)方案和項(xiàng)目工作重點(diǎn)作為數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ),并逐步付諸實(shí)施。在整個(gè)項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程中充分體現(xiàn)DMAIC工具的有效性,突出質(zhì)量管理在現(xiàn)今產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)和售后占據(jù)及其重要的地位。高效的質(zhì)量管理不僅能有效提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,還能降低售后服務(wù)維修成本乃至生產(chǎn)成本,從而使成本費(fèi)用在公司銷售額中所占比重降低,最終達(dá)到提高企業(yè)利潤(rùn)的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the domestic notebook computer market in China is growing, the demand and sales increase obviously, and the competition among the major brands is becoming increasingly fierce. How to improve the quality and improve customer satisfaction. Reducing the cost to enhance its competitiveness in the industry has become the focus of many companies. This paper uses the DMAIC method to make the initial definition and initial project setting for specific projects that need quality improvement. Collect relevant raw quality data, classify, analyze and study it in detail, find out the quality problem, propose improvement plan and put it into practice. At the same time, to ensure the applicability and effectiveness of the plan. There is a need for comprehensive monitoring and tracking throughout the implementation of the plan and timely adjustments to ensure that it is always carried out and implemented towards the stated goal. This paper studies the actual situation of Sony notebook after-sale quality management in China, enumerates the existing problems and shortcomings in the process, collects the original data, according to the different parts in the notebook, uses Plato's method to analyze. In the analysis of specific parts, Plato is again used to analyze the main phenomena, and put forward the improvement program and project focus as the data basis for the follow-up. And gradually put into practice. In the whole process of project management, fully reflect the effectiveness of DMAIC tools. Quality management plays an important role in the production and after-sale of products. Efficient quality management can not only effectively improve the quality of products, but also reduce the cost of after-sales service maintenance and even production costs. Thus, the proportion of cost and expense in the company's sales is reduced, and the profit of the company is finally improved.
