【摘要】：遠(yuǎn)程實驗臺實現(xiàn)了實驗室的資源共享,成為目前高校實驗室建設(shè)中的熱點。針對遠(yuǎn)程實驗臺應(yīng)用需求量大而成本較高,結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的特點,提出了一種新型構(gòu)建方案。該方案主要利用單片機(jī)C8051F020代替數(shù)據(jù)采集卡作為系統(tǒng)的測控核心,通過單機(jī)和多機(jī)通信相結(jié)合的通信方式,可以實現(xiàn)客戶端遠(yuǎn)程實時操作多個實驗項目的目標(biāo)。利用Internet以及LabVIEW實現(xiàn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信和平臺交互。最后結(jié)合濾波電路、步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動電路、電平轉(zhuǎn)換電路等,使用戶可以通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)終端遠(yuǎn)程采集實驗數(shù)據(jù),搭建實驗電路,觀測實驗過程。實驗表明:新的方案不僅大大的降低了成本,也提升了系統(tǒng)性能和穩(wěn)定性,滿足了目前教學(xué)實驗改革的需求。
[Abstract]:The remote laboratory platform has realized the sharing of laboratory resources, and has become a hot spot in the construction of university laboratories, aiming at the characteristics of large demand for remote laboratory applications, high cost and complex structure. In this paper, a new construction scheme is put forward, which mainly uses single chip computer C8051F020 instead of data acquisition card as the measuring and controlling core of the system, and communicates with single computer and multi-computer. Can realize the client remote real-time operation of multiple experimental projects, using Internet and LabVIEW to achieve Internet communication and platform interaction. Finally, combined with filter circuit. Stepping motor drive circuit, level conversion circuit, so that users can remote collection of experimental data through the network terminal, build the experimental circuit. The experimental results show that the new scheme not only greatly reduces the cost, but also improves the performance and stability of the system, and meets the needs of the current teaching experiment reform.
