基于低功耗藍(lán)牙的針式打印機(jī)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:打印機(jī)作為一種最常用的輸出設(shè)備,在人們?nèi)粘I钪邪l(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。針式打印機(jī)憑借其獨(dú)特的打印方式,在一些特殊行業(yè)中無法被其他類型打印機(jī)替換。打印機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展十分不平衡,主要的核心技術(shù)仍掌握在發(fā)達(dá)國家手中。我國已逐漸掌握了針式打印機(jī)的核心技術(shù),具備一定的自主研發(fā)能力。 隨著電子行業(yè)和無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的不斷發(fā)展,人們的生活工作方式也在不斷的發(fā)生變化,對(duì)智能、快捷、方便的無線打印設(shè)備的需求也更加的強(qiáng)烈;隨著藍(lán)牙技術(shù)聯(lián)盟宣布正式采納藍(lán)牙4.0核心規(guī)范,具有極低的運(yùn)行和待機(jī)功耗的藍(lán)牙技術(shù)得到了世界的廣泛關(guān)注,因此,藍(lán)牙技術(shù)在打印機(jī)行業(yè)也得到了廣泛的重視和應(yīng)用。 本課題來源于一個(gè)針式打印機(jī)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目,該打印機(jī)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)不再使用傳統(tǒng)的單片機(jī)和CPLD(復(fù)雜可編程邏輯器件)組合的打印控制模塊,而是利用單獨(dú)的一片ARM處理器完成打印系統(tǒng)的控制,內(nèi)置的藍(lán)牙通信模塊使得該打印機(jī)能夠完美支持藍(lán)牙無線打印。 本文首先對(duì)針式打印機(jī)的各部分結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單介紹,使讀者對(duì)打印機(jī)的工作原理有一個(gè)大致的認(rèn)識(shí),介紹了Windows系統(tǒng)打印體系及功能、Windows系統(tǒng)下打印機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的相關(guān)技術(shù)和組件以及TI(德州儀器)提供的藍(lán)牙低功耗(BLE)協(xié)議。本文著重描述作者在項(xiàng)目中承擔(dān)的具體工作,包括: (1)微軟通用打印機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)程序的開發(fā); (2)在OSAL系統(tǒng)下完成藍(lán)牙虛擬串口通信程序設(shè)計(jì); (3)打印機(jī)主控芯片與主機(jī)間系統(tǒng)交互的開發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)通過普通的USB接口完成對(duì)打印機(jī)主控ARM芯片的控制操作。
[Abstract]:As one of the most commonly used output devices, the printer plays an irreplaceable role in people's daily life. Other types of printers cannot be replaced in some special industries. The development of printer technology is very uneven. The main core technology is still in the hands of developed countries. China has gradually grasped the core technology of needle printer and has certain independent R & D capability. With the development of electronic industry and wireless network, people's life and work style is changing constantly, and the demand for intelligent, fast and convenient wireless printing equipment is more intense. With the announcement of the adoption of Bluetooth 4.0 core specification by Bluetooth Technology Alliance, Bluetooth technology with extremely low running and standby power has been widely concerned in the world. Bluetooth technology has also been widely paid attention to and applied in the printer industry. This topic comes from a needle printer development project, the printer system design no longer use the traditional MCU and CPLD (complex Programmable Logic device) combination of print control module. Instead, a single ARM processor is used to control the printing system. The built-in Bluetooth communication module enables the printer to support Bluetooth wireless printing perfectly. In this paper, the structure of the needle printer is introduced briefly, so that the reader has a general understanding of the working principle of the printer, and introduces the printing system and functions of the Windows system. The related technologies and components of printer driver in Windows system and the Bluetooth low power Ble protocol provided by TI (Texas Instruments). This paper emphatically describes the specific work undertaken by the author in the project. Including: 1) the development of Microsoft universal printer driver; 2) Design of Bluetooth virtual serial port communication program under OSAL system; The development of the system interaction between the printer master control chip and the host computer realizes the control operation of the printer master ARM chip through the common USB interface.
