服務(wù)業(yè)客戶多媒體評價終端的設(shè)計與開發(fā)

【摘要】:近年來,隨著電子信息技術(shù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,越來越多的智能產(chǎn)品廣泛地運(yùn)用在社會生產(chǎn)與生活的各個方面。社會的進(jìn)步、生活質(zhì)量的提升致使服務(wù)行業(yè)越來越重視自己的服務(wù)品質(zhì),擁有高智能化、高實時性的評價終端,無疑成為了當(dāng)今中國服務(wù)行業(yè)的追求;谇度胧郊夹g(shù)客戶多媒體評價終端,可以很好的滿足服務(wù)行業(yè)的這種需求,它具有模塊化的設(shè)計,優(yōu)秀的可移植性以及更直觀的界面設(shè)計。本文是在研究了當(dāng)今社會需求的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了客戶多媒體評價終端。 (1)本文分析了當(dāng)前時代背景下客戶多媒體評價終端的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,指出了現(xiàn)有評價終端的局限性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了采用以三星公司的S3C2440處理器為核心,外接其余外圍接口電路構(gòu)成硬件平臺,加載Wicne6.0操作系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)客戶多媒體評價終端的智能化、數(shù)字化。 (2)對Wince操作系統(tǒng)的移植給出具體步驟,并成功修改移植了Bootloader與OAL,編譯生成操作系統(tǒng)映像后,將其燒寫進(jìn)NandFlash中,便可使Wince6.0操作系統(tǒng)成功在硬件平臺上加載并啟動。同時,編譯好的系統(tǒng)會生成基于該硬件平臺的SDK(Software Development Kit,軟件開發(fā)包)環(huán)境開發(fā)包,安裝于開發(fā)主機(jī),便成功搭建了本系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)環(huán)境。 (3)多媒體評價終端使用MFC Smart Device創(chuàng)建工程,實現(xiàn)了三大層面五大模塊,分別是數(shù)據(jù)層、傳輸層、顯示層,以及宣傳展示模塊、柜員管理模塊、服務(wù)評價模塊、語音報價模塊、屏幕同步模塊,并就每個模塊的開發(fā)給出具體的程序流程。特別針對顯示可能出現(xiàn)的問題給出了詳細(xì)的解決方案,逐步完善客戶多媒體評價終端的各項功能,最后本文還研究并設(shè)計了與終端系統(tǒng)配合使用的SDK開發(fā)包,方便軟件工程師在本系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)擴(kuò)展更多的功能。 (4)對整套系統(tǒng)主要功能進(jìn)行綜合測試,根據(jù)功能需求及性能指標(biāo),分別進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的測試,并就測試結(jié)果給出了相關(guān)結(jié)論。 測試結(jié)果表明,成功研發(fā)的客戶多媒體評價終端,可以為服務(wù)行業(yè)提供優(yōu)越的操控體驗,并且能夠很方便地嵌入到他們的日常工作中,來輔助提高工作效率。針對終端系統(tǒng)研發(fā)的SDK,也可以提供給第三方開發(fā)者更多的擴(kuò)展空間,從而實現(xiàn)將本文研究的終端系統(tǒng)與其他系統(tǒng)完美結(jié)合,成為更加成熟穩(wěn)定的系統(tǒng)。這也是本文研究客戶多媒體評價終端的另一意義所在。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic information technology and Internet technology, more and more intelligent products are widely used in all aspects of social production and life. The improvement of quality of life has led the service industry to pay more and more attention to its own service quality, with a high intelligent, high real-time evaluation terminal. Undoubtedly, it has become the pursuit of Chinese service industry. Based on embedded technology customer multimedia evaluation terminal, can meet the needs of the service industry, it has a modular design. Excellent portability and more intuitive interface design. This paper designs a client multimedia evaluation terminal based on the research of the current social needs. This paper analyzes the current situation of customer multimedia evaluation terminals under the background of the current era, and points out the limitations of the existing evaluation terminals. A hardware platform based on Samsung S3C2440 processor and external peripheral interface circuit is proposed to load the Wicne6.0 operating system. The realization of customer multimedia evaluation terminal intelligent, digital. 2) the concrete steps of porting Wince operating system are given, and the Bootloader and OALare modified successfully, and the operating system image is compiled and generated. Burn it into NandFlash, the Wince6.0 operating system can be successfully loaded and started on the hardware platform. At the same time. The compiled system generates the SDK(Software Development Kit (software development kit) environment development kit based on the hardware platform, which is installed on the development host. It has successfully built the research and development environment of the system. The multimedia evaluation terminal uses MFC Smart Device to create the project, and realizes five modules of three levels, namely, data layer, transmission layer, display layer, and propaganda and display module. Teller management module, service evaluation module, voice quote module, screen synchronization module. And the development of each module gives a specific program flow, especially for the display of possible problems given a detailed solution, gradually improve the customer multimedia evaluation terminal functions. Finally, this paper also studies and designs the SDK development kit which is used with the terminal system, which is convenient for the software engineer to develop and expand more functions on the basis of the system. 4) the main functions of the whole system are comprehensively tested. According to the functional requirements and performance indexes, the relevant tests are carried out, and the relevant conclusions are given on the test results. The test results show that the successful development of customer multimedia evaluation terminal can provide a superior control experience for the service industry, and can be easily embedded into their daily work. SDKs for terminal system research and development can also provide more extension space for third-party developers to achieve the perfect combination of terminal system and other systems studied in this paper. Become a more mature and stable system, which is another significance of this paper to study customer multimedia evaluation terminal.
