【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、信息技術(shù)日新月異的發(fā)展促使相關(guān)領(lǐng)域大力發(fā)展并與之配合，伴隨出現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全、信息數(shù)據(jù)安全等諸多現(xiàn)象需要著重考慮。信息災(zāi)備機(jī)房作為信息傳遞的中間節(jié)點(diǎn)可以有效彌補(bǔ)信息主機(jī)房漏洞，保障信息數(shù)據(jù)安全，提供網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)的強(qiáng)力支撐。信息災(zāi)備機(jī)房建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)多，施工要求高，環(huán)境情況多變，與主機(jī)房調(diào)試技術(shù)復(fù)雜，項(xiàng)目施工工期無法得到保障，經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)施工嚴(yán)重超期的現(xiàn)象。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象，有必要對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制進(jìn)行研究。 項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制研究需要結(jié)合實(shí)際項(xiàng)目整體進(jìn)行考慮。本文通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目的背景、要求、組織管理機(jī)構(gòu)和項(xiàng)目具體實(shí)施要求的介紹，明確了項(xiàng)目整體情況。重點(diǎn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的過程加以論述，運(yùn)用工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)（WBS）、關(guān)鍵線路法、計(jì)劃評(píng)審技術(shù)等方法及網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖、甘特圖等工具制定出整體項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，并針對(duì)工期目標(biāo)對(duì)項(xiàng)目時(shí)間進(jìn)行優(yōu)化以滿足項(xiàng)目需求。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制中，，首先對(duì)影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的因素進(jìn)行分析，并提出解決影響進(jìn)度因素的方法和步驟，然后根據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際提出分級(jí)控制、突出重點(diǎn)的整體控制方案并加以論述，運(yùn)用了前鋒線法和香蕉型曲線比較法等具體方法進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制，根據(jù)項(xiàng)目控制的需要，同時(shí)提出項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程的保障措施，從而建立一套完整的項(xiàng)目控制體系，保障項(xiàng)目整體順利實(shí)施。最后給出完成項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和控制的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The development of network technology, information technology change rapidly to develop related fields and cooperate with the network security, information security and other phenomena that need to be considered. The information disaster recovery room as the information transmission of intermediate nodes can effectively compensate for the host information real vulnerabilities, security information and data security, strong support to provide network services. Disaster recovery room construction standard, construction requirements, environmental conditions varied, and a host of real debugging technology is complex, the construction project can not be guaranteed, often the construction of Yan Zhongchao phase. In view of this phenomenon, it is necessary to study the project schedule plan and control.
The research progress of the project plan and control combined with the actual project considering the whole. Based on the background of the project, requirements, organization and implementation requirements, a clear overall project. Focus on the project schedule is described, using the work breakdown structure (WBS), CPM, PERT technique and network diagram, Gantt charts and other tools to develop the overall project schedule, and optimized for the duration of the project time to meet the needs of the project. To control the progress of project, the factors affecting the progress of the project are analyzed, and puts forward the methods and steps of the progress of influence factors, and then according to the actual project put forward hierarchical control the overall control scheme, focused and discussed, using the front line and banana curve comparison method for specific project According to the needs of project control, we put forward safeguard measures for project implementation process, so as to establish a complete project control system to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. Finally, we give the conclusion of completing the project schedule plan and control.
