【摘要】：在中國大陸擁有28個(gè)廠區(qū)，100余萬員工的FSK科技公司，依據(jù)市場新變化，對(duì)中國大陸布局進(jìn)行新的調(diào)整，煙臺(tái)臺(tái)式計(jì)算機(jī)事業(yè)群搬遷武漢是其重要一環(huán)，因涉及數(shù)萬員工、上千臺(tái)設(shè)備、成百條生產(chǎn)線的搬遷，同時(shí)還需保證相應(yīng)的訂單生產(chǎn)，F(xiàn)SK煙臺(tái)搬遷項(xiàng)目所涉成本巨大、復(fù)雜，，搬遷項(xiàng)目處理不當(dāng)不僅導(dǎo)致巨大的成本浪費(fèi)而且會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響搬遷進(jìn)度和企業(yè)的正常生產(chǎn)，因此必須使用成熟的項(xiàng)目管理方法對(duì)此項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行成本控制，同時(shí)達(dá)到成本與進(jìn)度的統(tǒng)籌。 項(xiàng)目成本控制是項(xiàng)目管理工程中很重要的部分，當(dāng)前伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)的發(fā)展，國內(nèi)外企業(yè)依據(jù)客戶、產(chǎn)能、環(huán)境等變化，不斷的調(diào)整各自的擺兵布陣，而搬遷工程是很復(fù)雜的項(xiàng)目，搬遷的成本對(duì)企業(yè)影響相當(dāng)深遠(yuǎn)�？v觀各文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)搬遷項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行成本控制的研究相對(duì)較少，希望本文能有一定的參考意義，同時(shí)也希望能夠拋磚引玉。 本文采用案例分析法對(duì)煙臺(tái)FSK搬遷項(xiàng)目成本控制進(jìn)行分析，指出問題，再運(yùn)用調(diào)查研究法和企業(yè)診斷法對(duì)該項(xiàng)目問題進(jìn)行分析，研究，最后提出解決方案，構(gòu)建出成本控制體系，并在項(xiàng)目二期中得到運(yùn)用和檢驗(yàn)。希望能夠?yàn)榘徇w企業(yè)在項(xiàng)目成本控制方面提供粗淺的依據(jù)和參考。
[Abstract]:FSK Technology, which has more than 1 million employees in 28 factories in mainland China, has made a new adjustment to the layout of mainland China according to the new changes in the market. Yantai desktop computer business group relocation of Wuhan is an important link, because it involves tens of thousands of employees, thousands of equipment, hundreds of production lines move, but also to ensure the corresponding order production. The cost of FSK Yantai relocation project is huge and complex. The improper handling of the relocation project will not only lead to huge cost waste but also seriously affect the progress of relocation and the normal production of enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to use mature project management methods to control the cost of the project, and to achieve cost and schedule coordination. Project cost control is a very important part of project management engineering. With the development of economic globalization, enterprises at home and abroad constantly adjust their positions according to the changes of customers, production capacity, environment and so on. The relocation project is a very complex project, the cost of relocation has a profound impact on the enterprise. Throughout the literature data, the research on cost control of the relocation project is relatively few, I hope this paper can have a certain reference significance. At the same time also hope to be able to throw bricks to attract jade. This paper uses case analysis method to analyze the cost control of Yantai FSK relocation project, points out the problem, and then uses the method of investigation and enterprise diagnosis to analyze and study the project. Finally, the paper puts forward a solution, constructs a cost control system, and is used and tested in the second phase of the project. It is hoped that it can provide a basic basis and reference for the relocation enterprise in the project cost control.
