【摘要】:隨著高新技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,固態(tài)盤被引入到存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)中,它的高性能、低能耗等特點(diǎn)能夠滿足現(xiàn)代數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)的需要,對(duì)解決傳統(tǒng)磁盤的性能瓶頸起到了很好的作用。但是固態(tài)盤的價(jià)格高,容量小,完全用固態(tài)盤替代磁盤,成本開銷太大,一般企業(yè)無法承受。為了提高系統(tǒng)性能,降低存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的成本,通常將固態(tài)盤充當(dāng)分級(jí)存儲(chǔ)介質(zhì)或者磁盤緩存,這也是目前固態(tài)盤方案的研究熱點(diǎn)。 分析了一些將固態(tài)盤作緩存的已有技術(shù),提出并設(shè)計(jì)了一種既能利用固態(tài)盤性能、降低存儲(chǔ)成本,又能保證存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的可靠性的方案。利用固態(tài)盤的讀寫特點(diǎn),將熱點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)到固態(tài)盤中,冷數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)到磁盤中。為了保證熱數(shù)據(jù)和冷數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性,磁盤上存放兩份數(shù)據(jù),,既有熱數(shù)據(jù)副本,又有冷數(shù)據(jù)副本,冷熱副本隨著固態(tài)盤緩存的替換自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變。多個(gè)磁盤的組織方式類似于RAID1,并為不同的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景設(shè)計(jì)了三種不同的數(shù)據(jù)分布方式。 采用模擬的方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)方案。針對(duì)陣列不同的數(shù)據(jù)分布方式進(jìn)行對(duì)比測(cè)試,測(cè)試表明上述數(shù)據(jù)分布方式可適用于相應(yīng)的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景。并與固態(tài)盤緩存寫通過方式和熱數(shù)據(jù)在多個(gè)固態(tài)盤進(jìn)行副本存放的方式進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明,設(shè)計(jì)的方案能夠在性能與價(jià)格之間取得好的平衡,并且能夠保證可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of high and new technology, solid-state disk is introduced into the storage system, its high performance, low energy consumption and other characteristics can meet the needs of modern data storage. It plays a good role in solving the performance bottleneck of the traditional disk, but the cost of the solid-state disk is too high to replace the disk completely with the solid-state disk because of its high price and small capacity. In order to improve system performance and reduce the cost of storage system, solid state disk is usually used as hierarchical storage medium or disk cache. This paper analyzes some existing technologies of using solid state disk as buffer, and proposes and designs a kind of storage technology which can not only utilize the performance of solid state disk, but also reduce the storage cost. In order to ensure the reliability of the hot data and cold data, the hot data is stored on the solid disk and the cold data is stored on the disk. In order to ensure the reliability of the hot data and the cold data, the method can guarantee the reliability of the storage system. Two copies of data are stored on the disk, both hot and cold, which automatically change with the replacement of the solid-state disk cache. Multiple disks are organized in a similar manner to RAID1. Three different data distribution modes are designed for different application scenarios. The simulation method is used to realize the design scheme. The different data distribution modes of the array are compared and tested. The test results show that the above data distribution mode can be applied to the corresponding application scenarios, and compared with the write mode of solid state disk cache and the way of storing thermal data in multiple solid state disks, the results show that. The designed scheme can achieve a good balance between performance and price, and can ensure reliability.
