【摘要】：受經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的影響和我國(guó)國(guó)有資產(chǎn)管理體制變革的要求，在新的歷史轉(zhuǎn)折時(shí)期，中國(guó)企業(yè)正面臨進(jìn)一步理順內(nèi)部管理體制，優(yōu)化管理流程，提升行業(yè)整體運(yùn)營(yíng)水平的緊迫要求；另外，隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，數(shù)據(jù)不斷累積，研究企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)分析層如何把正確的信息、在正確的時(shí)機(jī)提供給相應(yīng)的決策層，以及決策層如何及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地獲得必要的決策參考信息等問(wèn)題將成為一個(gè)緊迫而復(fù)雜的課題。在這樣的新形勢(shì)下，全面分析、捕捉焦點(diǎn)、精準(zhǔn)定位、獲取資源，必須依托高度集成、全面覆蓋、深度挖掘、科學(xué)研判的信息應(yīng)用與共享平臺(tái)。 本文基于煙草行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀，分析煙草行業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)，，在滿足市場(chǎng)需求的情況下，建設(shè)集團(tuán)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)中心，并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建集團(tuán)企業(yè)綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行平臺(tái)。重點(diǎn)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)中心的建設(shè)進(jìn)行深入研究，包括數(shù)據(jù)中心數(shù)據(jù)集成交換平臺(tái)、數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)、決策分析模型等幾個(gè)方面，為集團(tuán)企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)提供了數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)、決策分析的一體化服務(wù)，有效地解決了煙草工業(yè)企業(yè)各系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)資源分散、難以進(jìn)行綜合決策分析的問(wèn)題。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)方面： ⑴對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)中心的數(shù)據(jù)采集進(jìn)行研究，并基于SOA理念建立數(shù)據(jù)中心數(shù)據(jù)集成交換平臺(tái)。通過(guò)ESB對(duì)集團(tuán)企業(yè)現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)、工商協(xié)同數(shù)據(jù)、一號(hào)工程數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集，集中講述工商協(xié)同數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)部署； ⑵從數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)體系結(jié)構(gòu)角度對(duì)煙草行業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)建設(shè)進(jìn)行研究。數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)主要分為數(shù)據(jù)獲取層、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)層和數(shù)據(jù)分析層三個(gè)層系。數(shù)據(jù)獲取層利用ETL工具Datastage對(duì)加載到數(shù)據(jù)緩存區(qū)和ODS中的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)抽取，將數(shù)據(jù)加載到數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)中。建立集團(tuán)企業(yè)內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)間、內(nèi)外系統(tǒng)間的信息共享與交互渠道，以增強(qiáng)數(shù)據(jù)中心的重用性和靈活性；數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)與分析層將從浙江中煙各數(shù)據(jù)源抽取的數(shù)據(jù)加載到數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)，對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)中的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行主題分析，并以購(gòu)銷存主題域?yàn)槔M(jìn)行信息包圖分析，建立邏輯數(shù)據(jù)模型和OLAP數(shù)據(jù)立方體。通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)的建設(shè)，規(guī)劃了數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)體系和分析應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)，提高了信息收集的效率、準(zhǔn)確性和信息的有效利用，為集團(tuán)企業(yè)各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和業(yè)務(wù)人員的分析決策提供有力支撐； ⑶基于集團(tuán)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)中心建立決策分析平臺(tái)——浙江中煙綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)，對(duì)系統(tǒng)分主題設(shè)典型地進(jìn)行研究并展現(xiàn)部分實(shí)現(xiàn)。綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目是對(duì)與浙江中煙工業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司有關(guān)的所有內(nèi)部和外部的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行收集、匯總、過(guò)濾、分析、傳遞、綜合利用。它視角全行業(yè)、分析粒度到最細(xì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)了分析的動(dòng)態(tài)性與即時(shí)性；具有高度集成性，反映公司經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的全貌，為公司內(nèi)部之間的信息共享打下基礎(chǔ)；提升企業(yè)服務(wù)， 促進(jìn)企業(yè)信息的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和一致化。綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)目前已在浙江中煙工業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司投入使用，并取得了行業(yè)內(nèi)相關(guān)人員的一致好評(píng)。它對(duì)于浙江中煙市場(chǎng)感知、戰(zhàn)略部署、宏觀監(jiān)控、決策支持，具有不可替代的作用，相信對(duì)于同行業(yè)其他企業(yè)也是如此，應(yīng)用前景十分廣闊。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of the scale of the enterprise and the continuous accumulation of data , it is urgent and complicated to study how the operation analysis layer of the enterprise will correct the internal management system , optimize the management process and improve the overall operation level of the industry . In this new situation , the comprehensive analysis , the capture focus , the precise location and the acquisition of resources must rely on the information application and sharing platform of high integration , comprehensive coverage , deep excavation and scientific research . Based on the present situation of information construction in tobacco industry , this paper analyzes the operation - related business of tobacco industry , builds the enterprise data center of the group based on the market demand , and builds the integrated economic operation platform of the group enterprise . It provides the data collection , data standard , data warehouse and decision analysis integrated service for the operation of the enterprise , and effectively solves the problem of data collection , data standard , data warehouse and decision analysis for the operation of the enterprise . The main research contents include the following aspects : ( 1 ) The data collection of the data center is studied , and the data center data integration exchange platform is established based on the SOA idea . The existing business system , the business collaboration data and the No.1 engineering data of the group enterprise are collected through ESB , and the business collaborative data service deployment is focused on ; The data acquisition layer is divided into three layers of data acquisition layer , data storage layer and data analysis layer . The data acquisition layer loads the data loaded into data buffer area and ODS into data warehouse by using ETL tool Datastage . The comprehensive economic operation platform project is to collect , summarize , filter , analyze , transfer and comprehensively utilize all internal and external data related to Zhejiang Zhongyan Industry Co . , Ltd . to lay a foundation for information sharing among companies ; to promote enterprise services , The comprehensive economic operation system platform has been put into operation in Zhejiang Zhongyan Industry Co . , Ltd . and has gained unanimous praise from the relevant personnel in the industry . It has irreplaceable function for the perception , strategic deployment , macro monitoring , decision support and non - substitution of the smoke market in Zhejiang . It is believed that the application prospect is very broad for other enterprises in the same industry .
