【摘要】:地源是一種綠色的可再生能源。通過地下埋管,夏季可以把室內(nèi)的熱量排入地下,從地下帶回冷水,而冬天則相反。開發(fā)利用經(jīng)濟、實用、綠色、環(huán)保的地源能具有廣泛深厚的社會意義。巖土熱物性參數(shù)是設(shè)計地?zé)釗Q熱器的重要參數(shù),該參數(shù)測量需要通過測試系統(tǒng)完成。本文基于ARM設(shè)計制作了地源空調(diào)U形埋管換熱性能測試系統(tǒng)。 該測試系統(tǒng)采用ARM芯片作為主芯片,可以達(dá)到減小系統(tǒng)體積、增加功能、提高系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性的作用。土壤導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)測試的工作原理是根據(jù)系統(tǒng)采集的U形埋管的進(jìn)出口溫度,得到系統(tǒng)運行的實際平均溫度曲線,,通過將該曲線與計算的平均溫度曲線進(jìn)行擬合,確定巖土的平均導(dǎo)熱系數(shù);系統(tǒng)換熱量的測試是根據(jù)系統(tǒng)采集的進(jìn)出口水溫和流量后通過能量守恒原理計算得到。因此,在ARM嵌入式最小系統(tǒng)和電源電路上增加了溫度測量電路,流速測量電路及功率測試電路。系統(tǒng)可以工作在兩種模式:恒溫模式和恒功率模式。兩種工作模式能更加全面的得到熱平衡時巖土的熱物性參數(shù)。系統(tǒng)測試導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)時工作在恒功率模式;測試換熱量時,工作在恒溫模式。為了在恒溫工作時能對功率進(jìn)行控制,系統(tǒng)增加了功率測量電路和功率控制電路。 在編程方面,對ARM系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了u-boot程序、Linux操作系統(tǒng)、Qt4曲線插件QWT以及嵌入式數(shù)據(jù)庫Sqlite的移植;進(jìn)行了溫度、流量、和功率采集、PWM功率控制等模塊的底層驅(qū)動程序開發(fā);進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用界面的開發(fā)。驅(qū)動程序按照Linux字符設(shè)備驅(qū)動模式進(jìn)行設(shè)計。溫度模塊對18B20進(jìn)行了讀寫操作。流量模塊對ADC進(jìn)行了讀操作(流量的頻率信號已轉(zhuǎn)化為電壓信號)。功率模塊是通過SPI對5460功率計量芯片進(jìn)行控制并讀取功率數(shù)值。人機界面程序是基于Qt4進(jìn)行開發(fā),采用QMainWindow作為界面圖形顯示的基類,定義了DS18B20等類用來負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理。 系統(tǒng)運行時,在LCD觸摸屏上會顯示實時采集值和參數(shù)計算值的數(shù)據(jù)和曲線,通過觸摸屏可以設(shè)置設(shè)置系統(tǒng)參數(shù)。界面還可進(jìn)行歷史數(shù)據(jù)保存、查詢和顯示。觸摸操作提高了用戶的可操作性,減小了系統(tǒng)體積。 系統(tǒng)經(jīng)測試和應(yīng)用,能夠達(dá)到地源熱泵系統(tǒng)工程技術(shù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),目前已對幾十處的地?zé)崆闆r進(jìn)行了測試。
[Abstract]:Ground source is a kind of green renewable energy. Through underground buried pipes, summer can drain indoor heat into the ground and bring back cold water from underground, whereas in winter, it is economic, practical and green. The geoenergy of environmental protection has extensive and profound social significance. The parameters of thermal properties of rock and soil are important parameters in the design of geothermal heat exchangers. The measurement of this parameter needs to be carried out by a testing system. Based on ARM, a testing system for the heat transfer performance of U-shaped buried pipe of ground-source air conditioning is designed and manufactured in this paper. The ARM chip is used as the main chip in the test system, which can reduce the volume of the system and increase the function. The working principle of soil thermal conductivity test is to get the actual average temperature curve of the system according to the inlet and outlet temperature of the U-shaped buried pipe collected by the system. By fitting the curve with the calculated average temperature curve, the average thermal conductivity of rock and soil is determined. The measurement of system heat transfer is calculated by the principle of energy conservation after collecting the inlet and outlet water temperature and flow rate. Therefore, the temperature measurement circuit is added to the ARM embedded minimum system and power supply circuit. Flow rate measurement circuit and power test circuit. The system can operate in two modes:. Constant temperature mode and constant power mode. The two working modes can get the thermal physical parameters of rock and soil in thermal equilibrium more comprehensively. The constant power mode is used when the thermal conductivity is measured systematically. In order to control the power at constant temperature, the power measurement circuit and the power control circuit are added in the system. In the aspect of programming, the u-boot program of u-boot program and the plug-in QWT of QT4 curve of operating system and the embedded database Sqlite are transplanted to the ARM system. The bottom driver of temperature, flow rate and power acquisition PWM power control module is developed. The driver is designed according to the Linux character device driver mode. The temperature module reads and writes 18B20. The flow module reads the ADC (. The frequency signal of flow has been transformed into voltage signal. The power module controls 5460 power metering chip by SPI and reads the power value. The man-machine interface program is developed based on Qt4. QMainWindow is used as the basic class of interface graphic display, and DS18B20 and other classes are defined to be responsible for data acquisition and processing. When the system is running, the data and curves of the real-time collection value and parameter calculation value will be displayed on the LCD touch screen, and the system parameters can be set up through the touch screen, and the historical data can be saved by the interface. Query and display. Touch operation improves user's maneuverability and reduces system volume. After testing and application, the system can reach the national standard of engineering technology of ground-source heat pump system. At present, dozens of geothermal conditions have been tested.
