【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用普及,高等院校各種獨(dú)立的教學(xué)服務(wù)軟件、管理軟件等應(yīng)用十分廣泛,并累積了大量的信息資源,但由于各個軟件是在不同時期,不同業(yè)務(wù)部門建立的,各個系統(tǒng)之間的數(shù)據(jù)得不到高效快速的共享形成了“信息孤島”,并且現(xiàn)有的各個系統(tǒng)入口沒有統(tǒng)一的門戶平臺。如何有效地解決各系統(tǒng)由統(tǒng)一管理平臺進(jìn)入實現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一身份認(rèn)證,消除“信息孤島”,實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)無障礙共享整合資源已成為目前數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)中亟待解決的問題。 本課題是在于建立基于數(shù)據(jù)中心為基礎(chǔ)的數(shù)字化校園管理平臺,達(dá)到了系統(tǒng)之間無邊界的數(shù)據(jù)共享、各個子系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)流動、統(tǒng)一的身份認(rèn)證、高效安全等目的。本課題的數(shù)字化校園管理平臺采用Microsoft VS.NET+SQL SERVER2008技術(shù)和B/S架構(gòu),建立統(tǒng)一的數(shù)字化校園管理平臺,通過中間件技術(shù)及其它接口技術(shù)實現(xiàn)底層數(shù)據(jù)庫整合,實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)中心,依靠單點(diǎn)登錄技術(shù)實現(xiàn)各個子系統(tǒng)的統(tǒng)一入口、統(tǒng)一管理;集成了辦公平臺及各業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)流統(tǒng)一接口調(diào)度;建立個性化的工作平臺界面等。 本系統(tǒng)已成功部署應(yīng)用到廣州工程技術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院中,通過測試達(dá)到系統(tǒng)整合的目標(biāo):各個業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)無縫地接入到統(tǒng)一平臺解決了以往各個業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)需要各自登陸驗證沒有統(tǒng)一平臺的缺點(diǎn);實現(xiàn)了各業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)間的數(shù)據(jù)流動及點(diǎn)對點(diǎn)的信息提示,,用戶只需要關(guān)注統(tǒng)一平臺的提示信息就能了解并處理相應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù),解決了用戶涉及多個業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)無法及時處理相應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的問題,提高了學(xué)院的管理水平對學(xué)院的建設(shè)起到了積極的推動作用。
[Abstract]:With the development and popularization of information technology, a variety of independent teaching service software and management software are widely used in colleges and universities, and a large number of information resources have been accumulated, but each software is in different periods. Different business departments set up, the data between the various systems can not be efficiently and quickly shared to form "information island." And there is no unified portal platform for the existing system entry. How to effectively solve the problem of how to effectively solve the problem of the system from the unified management platform into the implementation of unified identity authentication, eliminating "information isolated island". The realization of data accessibility and integration of resources has become a problem to be solved in the construction of digital campus. This project is to establish a digital campus management platform based on data center, which can achieve boundless data sharing, data flow of each subsystem, and unified identity authentication. The digital campus management platform of this project adopts Microsoft VS.NET SQL SERVER2008 technology and B / S architecture. Establish a unified digital campus management platform, through middleware technology and other interface technology to achieve the integration of the underlying database, to achieve the data center, relying on single sign-on technology to achieve the unified entry of each subsystem. Unified management; Integrated office platform and the data flow of the business system unified interface scheduling; Set up individualized working platform interface and so on. The system has been successfully deployed and applied to Guangzhou Institute of Engineering and Technology. Through the test to achieve the goal of system integration: each business system seamlessly connected to the unified platform to solve the previous business system needs to log in to verify that there is no unified platform; The data flow and the point-to-point information prompt among the business systems are realized. The users only need to pay attention to the prompt information of the unified platform to understand and deal with the corresponding business. It solves the problem that the user can not deal with the corresponding business system in time, and improves the management level of the college, which plays an active role in promoting the construction of the college.
