【摘要】:在許多大型工業(yè)用戶,因?yàn)殡娬颈O(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)人員有限,系統(tǒng)基本處于癱瘓狀態(tài),同時(shí)隨著節(jié)能降損,電能質(zhì)量管理等日益得到重視,電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的可用性成為瓶頸。設(shè)計(jì)與研發(fā)一套小型化、免維護(hù)、少配置的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)成為一個(gè)很重要的課題。嵌入式系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展為本課題的開展提供了很好的基礎(chǔ)。 本課題就是在這個(gè)背景下開展的,系統(tǒng)采用通用的嵌入式平臺(tái),融合嵌入式數(shù)據(jù)采集與控制系統(tǒng)、嵌入式實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫、嵌入式關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫于一體,配合通用的電力儀表,設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)嵌入式電站監(jiān)控平臺(tái)。設(shè)計(jì)與研發(fā)的成果具有較大的社會(huì)價(jià)值與經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。本人在系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中所做的主要工作如下: 1.嵌入式監(jiān)控平臺(tái)的總體設(shè)計(jì)工作。嵌入式監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是針對(duì)中、小型配電站開發(fā)的,用于電力設(shè)備的監(jiān)測與能量管理,要求人機(jī)界面簡單實(shí)用、易于掌握。用戶可以通過本系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)參數(shù)顯示功能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)關(guān)鍵配電回路電氣運(yùn)行狀況的遠(yuǎn)方監(jiān)視,通過本系統(tǒng)生成全電量、電能、分時(shí)計(jì)量、諧波畸變率等各種運(yùn)行分析報(bào)表。主要設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu),系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)流分析,運(yùn)行設(shè)計(jì)以及系統(tǒng)的關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫模型。 2.實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與研發(fā)。實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)是嵌入式監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的核心技術(shù),它根據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)庫的模式自動(dòng)加載關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫的數(shù)據(jù),并建立相應(yīng)的B樹數(shù)據(jù)索引,并通過接口庫對(duì)外提供統(tǒng)一的實(shí)時(shí)庫訪問服務(wù)。通過接口庫的封裝,中間的繁雜的通信被很好的屏蔽起來,調(diào)用者僅需要設(shè)置訪問數(shù)據(jù)庫的IP地址,就如操作本地?cái)?shù)據(jù)一樣可以操作各個(gè)實(shí)時(shí)服務(wù)器上的數(shù)據(jù)。 3.采用本文所述系統(tǒng)對(duì)某風(fēng)景區(qū)10KV電站進(jìn)行了項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:In many large - scale industrial users , because the maintenance personnel of the power station monitoring system are limited , the system is basically in a paralyzed state , and the availability of the power station monitoring system becomes a bottleneck along with the energy - saving and loss - loss , the power quality management and the like . The design and development of a monitoring system which is small in size , maintenance - free and less - configuration becomes an important subject . The development of the embedded system provides a good basis for the development of the subject . The project is carried out in this background , the system adopts the general embedded platform , combines the embedded data acquisition and control system , the embedded real - time database and the embedded relational database into a whole , cooperated with the universal power meter , designed and realized an embedded power station monitoring platform . The design and development results have great social value and economic value . The main tasks I have done in the development of the system are as follows : 1 . The overall design of the embedded monitoring platform . The embedded monitoring system is developed for the middle - and small - sized power stations , which is used for monitoring and energy management of the power equipment . It requires the human - machine interface to be simple and practical and easy to master . The user can realize the remote monitoring of the electric health of the key distribution circuit through the real - time parameter display function of the system . The main design contents include the overall architecture of the system , the data flow analysis , the running design and the relational database model of the system . 2 . The design and development of the real - time database system . The real - time database system is the core technology of the embedded monitoring system . It automatically loads the data of the relational database according to the mode of the real - time library , establishes the corresponding B - tree data index , and provides the unified real - time library access service through the interface library . 3 . Using the system described in this paper , the project design and implementation of 10KV power station in a scenic spot is carried out .
