【摘要】：針對"制造工程綜合實(shí)踐"課程,開發(fā)出一套多電機(jī)驅(qū)動平臺系統(tǒng),用于典型機(jī)械系統(tǒng)模型的裝配、測試。該平臺電路部分采用STC89C52單片機(jī)進(jìn)行控制,包括穩(wěn)壓、濾波、功率放大等,能實(shí)現(xiàn)多臺直流電機(jī)和步進(jìn)電機(jī)的正反轉(zhuǎn)、調(diào)速、步進(jìn)控制,同時具有紅外遙控功能。該平臺提供了一個開放式的編程環(huán)境,為機(jī)電教學(xué)中的裝配、測試提供了一個可擴(kuò)展的實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)平臺。
[Abstract]:In view of the course of "Comprehensive practice of Manufacturing Engineering", a set of multi-motor driving platform system is developed, which can be used in the assembly of typical mechanical system models. The circuit of the platform is controlled by STC89C52 single chip microcomputer, including voltage stabilizer, filter, power amplification, etc., which can realize the forward and backward rotation, speed regulation and step control of several DC motors and stepping motors. The platform provides an open programming environment and an extensible experimental teaching platform for assembly and testing in electromechanical teaching.
