熱輸入對(duì)海工用鋼不同合金系焊縫金屬韌性的影響

為探究不同合金系焊縫金屬對(duì)熱輸入的適應(yīng)性,用Si-Mn,Si-Mn-Ni,Si-Mn-Ti-B三種合金系的焊材分別以24和35 kJ/cm的熱輸入對(duì)420 MPa低合金高強(qiáng)度鋼板進(jìn)行埋弧焊.經(jīng)過沖擊、拉伸、硬度試驗(yàn)及光學(xué)顯微鏡、掃描電鏡分析,對(duì)熔敷金屬的組織、性能進(jìn)行研究.結(jié)果表明,隨著熱輸入增加,再熱區(qū)比例增大,晶粒長(zhǎng)大,三種合金系的韌性均下降,其中Si-Mn合金系對(duì)大熱輸入的適應(yīng)性最差,脆性轉(zhuǎn)變溫度由-70℃降到-65℃;Si-Mn-Ni合金系析出大量呈方向性的貝氏體,惡化韌性;而Si-Mn-Ti-B合金系提供大量高熔點(diǎn)含Ti的形核質(zhì)點(diǎn),促進(jìn)針狀鐵素體形成,改善韌性.
