純鎂和Mg-14Li合金耐蝕性與表面膜的對比(英文)

采用析氫實(shí)驗(yàn)、失重實(shí)驗(yàn)、電化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)、原位電化學(xué)拉曼光譜實(shí)驗(yàn)以及顯微組織觀察(光學(xué)與掃描電子顯微鏡)等實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,對比研究密排六方結(jié)構(gòu)(HCP)的純鎂和體心立方結(jié)構(gòu)(BCC)的二元Mg-14Li合金(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),%)在0.1 mol/L NaCl溶液中的腐蝕行為與表面膜結(jié)構(gòu)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:純鎂的耐蝕性優(yōu)于Mg-14Li合金的,并且兩種材料表面膜的保護(hù)功能均隨著浸泡時(shí)間(16h內(nèi))的延長而提高。通過掃描電子顯微形貌分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同于純鎂表面形成的較薄且呈片狀的Mg(OH)2膜層,Mg-14Li合金表面形成較厚且呈交織針狀含有Li2CO3的膜層;然而,兩種材料的表面膜均在高的陽極過電位下發(fā)生破損。因此,兩種材料的不同腐蝕抗性可歸功于在其表面形成不同的保護(hù)膜。
