Abstract
Computer Numerical Control(CNC)machine tools’innovation was conducted by
application sophisticated CNC technology theory,successful experience and low cost.The
accuracy of the original machine can be restored or even improved,SO that it can be adapted
to industrial requirements of high-speed development by leaps and bounds.CNC machine
tools’innovation was greatly developed as a new international and domestic economic growth
industry.In this paper,CNC machine tools’innovation programs,technical route and SO on
was analyzed taking CA61 32 common machine as research objects.All the contents are
included as follows:
The motion principle of CA61 32 lame was analyzed;It Was briefly introduced the
selection of numerical control system during CNC machine tools’innovation and
emphatically introduces GSK—CTL Series CNC Sliding Units.According to the principles of
Mechanics,Dynamics and Electronics,the main drive system of NC machine tool has been
designed using AC motor speed control by variable frequency.The spindle drive system has
been designed and checked.In accordance with the requirements of feeding system,the
cutting force and the ball screw is calculated,and equipped with appropriate gear and feed
motor.The electrical—control parts of the CA61 32 lathe is designed by using P LC.The
trapezoidal figures of the spindle and the servo—systems are given.The programs of the PLC
are programmed.A reforming project ofwhole electric parts is given.The accuracy of the NC
machine was restored.A reforming proj ect of the typical parts of the servo.system is given.
After CNC machine tools’innovation,the lathe has a good application effect,and achieved
good processing quality and economic benefit.
Theresearch offer facility technicians in enterprises not only a scientific efficient way of
realizing NC reform of traditional equipments,but also some references and lessons of other
kinds of traditional facilities.

隨著社會(huì)生產(chǎn)和科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的性能和質(zhì)量不斷提高。產(chǎn)品的更
新?lián)Q代也不斷加快。因此對(duì)機(jī)床不僅要求具有較高的精度和生產(chǎn)率,而且應(yīng)能迅速地適
應(yīng)產(chǎn)品零件的變換,生產(chǎn)的需要促使了數(shù)控機(jī)床的產(chǎn)生。
數(shù)控機(jī)床是指機(jī)床的操作命令以數(shù)值數(shù)字的形式描述工作過程按規(guī)定的程序自動(dòng)
進(jìn)行的機(jī)床。隨著微電子技術(shù),特別是計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,數(shù)控機(jī)床迅速地發(fā)展起來。
盡管數(shù)控機(jī)床可以較好地解決形狀復(fù)雜、精密、小批量多品種零件的加工問題,能夠穩(wěn)
定加工質(zhì)量和提高生產(chǎn)率。但是目Ij{『我國在役機(jī)床總量約380萬臺(tái),其中數(shù)控機(jī)床總數(shù)
只有11萬多臺(tái),數(shù)控機(jī)床占有率不足3%,而一些工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國家早已達(dá)到20%以上(¨。
我國是制造大國,但不是制造強(qiáng)國。機(jī)械制造業(yè)水平與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比相對(duì)落后,設(shè)備陳
舊,技術(shù)水平差距大,國際競爭力弱,影響了生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展。逐步提高數(shù)控機(jī)床的占有
率,,已經(jīng)成為我國制造技術(shù)發(fā)展的總趨勢。提高機(jī)床數(shù)控率有兩個(gè)途徑:一是增加新的
數(shù)控機(jī)床,價(jià)格昂貴,一次性投資大,目前各企業(yè)均有大量的普通機(jī)床,完全用數(shù)控機(jī)
床替代是根本不可能的;二是對(duì)舊機(jī)床進(jìn)行數(shù)控化改造。我國是一個(gè)機(jī)床擁有量極大的
國家,但大部分機(jī)床服役齡較長,采取對(duì)舊機(jī)床進(jìn)行改造來提高設(shè)備的先進(jìn)性和數(shù)控化
率,是一個(gè)極其有效和實(shí)用的途徑,是企業(yè)必走之路【2】。 。
