【摘要】： 隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)于自身健康的需求發(fā)生了巨大的變化,不吃藥不打針就是健康的觀念逐漸被人們所摒棄。這顛覆了從前單純的依靠藥物治療和物理治療來(lái)改善健康的模式,人們對(duì)于疾病的預(yù)防和保健變得更為重視。一個(gè)良好的調(diào)節(jié)身心并紓解壓力的景觀環(huán)境成為現(xiàn)代人們的共同訴求。 美國(guó)的生態(tài)景觀先驅(qū)麥克哈格曾經(jīng)提出“設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合自然”的口號(hào),社會(huì)需要生態(tài),人們需要尊重自然。經(jīng)國(guó)外自然助益假說(shuō)等理論研究證實(shí),自然景觀能夠改善人的健康狀況,在恢復(fù)身心健康方面有著積極重要的意義。近年來(lái)快節(jié)奏的生活導(dǎo)致人們社會(huì)、生活及工作的壓力過(guò)大,長(zhǎng)期處于亞健康的狀態(tài),對(duì)于人性化環(huán)境的要求更高。筆者認(rèn)為,設(shè)計(jì)不僅應(yīng)該結(jié)合自然,還應(yīng)結(jié)合醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的知識(shí)充分利用自然,讓它的康復(fù)性能得到充分發(fā)揮,為人類造福。特別是在醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)中,更加需要良好的景觀環(huán)境來(lái)協(xié)助患者的康復(fù)。 現(xiàn)代康復(fù)景觀逐漸成為了一種新興的景觀類型,在醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)中起到很好的輔助治療作用。在西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家對(duì)這類景觀的研究已經(jīng)有了一定深度,像如園藝療法的專業(yè)化發(fā)展和循證醫(yī)學(xué)的引入都客觀推動(dòng)了康復(fù)景觀的進(jìn)步。但在我國(guó)尚屬于起步階段,對(duì)于這類景觀的系統(tǒng)研究較少。 論文首先綜論現(xiàn)代康復(fù)景觀設(shè)計(jì)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,闡明了本研究的意義和框架。隨后對(duì)康復(fù)景觀做出全面整體的概述,界定了其概念和涵義,并從環(huán)境心理學(xué)角度闡述了參與者與康復(fù)景觀之間的關(guān)系以及康復(fù)景觀對(duì)于參與者健康改善的影響。在基于參與者環(huán)境感知與行為研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,對(duì)現(xiàn)代康復(fù)景觀設(shè)計(jì)做出系統(tǒng)的研究,分析了其構(gòu)成元素、設(shè)計(jì)原則、設(shè)計(jì)方法等,并結(jié)合醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的知識(shí)對(duì)“設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)怎樣結(jié)合醫(yī)療”通過(guò)案例進(jìn)行剖析。而后對(duì)于整個(gè)康復(fù)景觀設(shè)計(jì)原則進(jìn)行再認(rèn)識(shí),也是對(duì)康復(fù)景觀設(shè)計(jì)的一個(gè)延展性思考。最后,對(duì)康復(fù)景觀的前景進(jìn)行了展望并提出發(fā)展建議。 本文有如下幾點(diǎn)創(chuàng)新: 1、我國(guó)學(xué)界目前對(duì)于康復(fù)景觀認(rèn)識(shí)非常模糊,為此,筆者基于外文文獻(xiàn)等資料重新定義歸納康復(fù)景觀的概念與范疇。 2、研究康復(fù)景觀的范圍并不單純只限于醫(yī)院環(huán)境,主要通過(guò)對(duì)于病理的認(rèn)知來(lái)有針對(duì)性的提出不同病癥類型或群體的康復(fù)景觀設(shè)計(jì)原則。 3、構(gòu)建了一個(gè)系統(tǒng)研究康復(fù)景觀的框架體系,并拓展運(yùn)用我國(guó)中醫(yī)理論結(jié)合康復(fù)景觀設(shè)計(jì)做出一定嘗試。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times and the improvement of people's living standard, people's needs for their own health have changed greatly. This upended the old model of simply relying on medication and physical therapy to improve health, and people paid more attention to disease prevention and health care. A good landscape environment to regulate body and mind and relieve pressure has become a common demand of modern people. American ecological landscape pioneer McHager once put forward the slogan of "design combined with nature", society needs ecology, people need to respect nature. It has been proved by foreign theoretical research that natural landscape can improve the health of human being and has a positive significance in the recovery of physical and mental health. In recent years, the fast-paced life has led to excessive pressure on people's society, life and work, and has been in a sub-healthy state for a long time. The author thinks that the design should not only combine with nature, but also combine with the knowledge of medical field to make full use of nature, so that its rehabilitation performance can be brought into full play for the benefit of mankind. Especially in medical institutions, a good landscape environment is needed to help patients recover. Modern rehabilitation landscape has gradually become a new type of landscape, which plays a good role in medical institutions. The research on this kind of landscape in the western developed countries has a certain depth, such as the professional development of horticultural therapy and the introduction of evidence-based medicine have objectively promoted the progress of rehabilitation landscape. But in our country is still in the initial stage, for this kind of landscape system research is less. Firstly, the present research situation of modern rehabilitation landscape design at home and abroad is summarized, and the significance and framework of this study are expounded. Then a comprehensive overview of rehabilitation landscape is made, the concept and meaning of rehabilitation landscape are defined, and the relationship between participants and rehabilitation landscape and the impact of rehabilitation landscape on the health improvement of participants are expounded from the perspective of environmental psychology. Based on the research of participants' environmental perception and behavior, this paper makes a systematic study on the modern rehabilitation landscape design, and analyzes its constituent elements, design principles, design methods and so on. Combined with the knowledge of medical field, this paper analyzes how design should be combined with medical treatment through a case study. Then the whole rehabilitation landscape design principles are recognized again, which is also an extended thinking of rehabilitation landscape design. Finally, the prospect of rehabilitation landscape is prospected and suggestions for development are put forward. This article has the following several innovations: 1, our country academic circles at present regarding the rehabilitation landscape cognition is very fuzzy, therefore, the author redefines and induces the rehabilitation landscape concept and the category based on the foreign language literature and so on. 2. The scope of rehabilitation landscape is not only limited to hospital environment, but also the principles of rehabilitation landscape design of different disease types or groups are put forward through the cognition of pathology. 3. A framework system of systematic research on rehabilitation landscape is constructed, and the application of Chinese traditional medicine theory combined with rehabilitation landscape design to make a certain attempt.
