鐵路的建設(shè)一方面推動(dòng)了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,同時(shí)也不可避開(kāi)地會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)境造成破壞。受社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的限制,我國(guó)鐵路沿線的景觀環(huán)境建設(shè)長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)沒(méi)有得到足夠重視,也沒(méi)有形成系統(tǒng)的理論和規(guī)范。因此,開(kāi)展鐵路沿線景觀的系統(tǒng)性研究與實(shí)踐,將有利于全面協(xié)調(diào)鐵路工程與自然環(huán)境的關(guān)系,減輕或消除工程建設(shè)給景觀環(huán)境帶來(lái)的不利影響,將鐵路真正變成一個(gè)安全、高效、風(fēng)景秀麗的綠色生態(tài)長(zhǎng)廊。作者結(jié)合交通、生態(tài)、環(huán)保、美學(xué)、旅游等學(xué)科相關(guān)理論,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)綜合和實(shí)例淺析淺析,針對(duì)鐵路工程的特點(diǎn),從風(fēng)景園林學(xué)科的角度,在較為系統(tǒng)的層次上對(duì)鐵路景觀的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容和策略進(jìn)行了初步的研究和探討。文章首先淺析淺析并歸納了鐵路景觀的概念、分類和特點(diǎn),提出了規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的一般性原則。然后,分別從景觀資源的保護(hù)、綠化防護(hù)與生態(tài)修復(fù)、景觀美化三個(gè)方面,對(duì)鐵路景觀規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)所涉及的:景觀資源評(píng)價(jià)、鐵路選線與沿線景觀的協(xié)調(diào)、路基邊坡及隧道洞口綠化、取棄土場(chǎng)植被修復(fù)、動(dòng)物通道設(shè)置、鐵路工程設(shè)施造型美化、站前廣場(chǎng)景觀設(shè)計(jì)等具體內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了闡述。對(duì)鐵路綠化帶景觀設(shè)計(jì)和鐵路自身景觀與沿線景觀的整合進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)探討,并提出通過(guò)建立鐵路景觀解說(shuō)系統(tǒng)以展示地域文化特色并豐富鐵路景觀文化內(nèi)涵的設(shè)想。最后,歸納了鐵路景觀規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)的流程。研究認(rèn)為:鐵路景觀設(shè)計(jì)的主要目的是協(xié)調(diào)鐵路與沿線景觀的關(guān)系;鐵路景觀規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)貫穿鐵路建設(shè)過(guò)程始終。

【Abstract】 On one hand,the construction of railway has promoted the development of regional economy,on the other hand,it has caused environmental damage inevitably.Due to the restrictions of social and economic development level,China’s environmental construction along the railway lines has been ignored for a long time,nor has the systematic theory and norms been formed.Therefore,the systematic study and practice of the landscape along railway lines will be beneficial to the overall coordination of railway engineering and the natural environment,and will reduce the negative impact of construction projects on the landscape and environment.It will make railways real green corridors with safety, efficiency,and beautiful scenery.The author adopted a comprehensive approach of analysis of literature and examples,combining with transportation,ecology,environmental protection,aesthetics,tourism and other related theories, makes the preliminary study and discussion for the railway landscape planning and design theory on a comparatively systematical level,for the characteristics of railway engineering,and from the perspective of landscape science.First,this thesis analyzed and summarized the concept,composition and feature of railway landscape, and put forward the general principles of planning and design.Then,from the aspect of scenic resources protection,ecological restoration and landscaping,it expatiated on the railway landscape planning and design along with related contents including:evaluation of landscape resources,coordination of railway line selection and the environment,slope and tunnel entrance afforestation,vegetation restoration for soil spoiling and stacking field,animal channel establishment,the railway works design and landscaping,the landscaping for squares in front of stations,etc.In particular,it discussed the design of the railway greenbelts and the integration of landscape along the railway.And it puts forward the conception of establishing the interpretation system for railway landscape to show the unique regional culture,which also enriches the railway’s landscape cultural connotation.Finally,it conclude the procedure of railway landscape planning and design.Studies suggested that:coordination the relationship between the railway and landscape along the railway line was the main of railway landscape designing;railway landscape planning and design should always run through the course of railway construction.
