高速電主軸軸承預(yù)緊力及其對(duì)回轉(zhuǎn)性能的影響

  高精密機(jī)床所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品的加工精確高度依賴于電主軸的性能,軸承預(yù)緊力作為影響高速電主軸性能的重要因素之一,為高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的主軸系統(tǒng)提供了必要?jiǎng)偠。選擇適當(dāng)?shù)妮S承軸向預(yù)緊力,既可以為電主軸提供所需的剛度,減少高速旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的振動(dòng),又能避免加工時(shí)產(chǎn)生過度的熱量。因此,研究和分析軸承預(yù)緊狀態(tài)及其與電主軸動(dòng)態(tài)特性的關(guān)系,對(duì)提高高端數(shù)控機(jī)床主軸的回轉(zhuǎn)精度和動(dòng)態(tài)性能具有重要意義。本文首先研究了軸承滾動(dòng)體與滾道的接觸特性隨預(yù)緊力的變化規(guī)律。利用赫茲接觸理論,研究了軸承基本幾何關(guān)系和不同預(yù)緊載荷條件下及角接觸球軸承接觸剛度和接觸變形。提出了一種確定不同軸承軸向預(yù)緊力下接觸電阻的新方法,并進(jìn)行了角接觸球軸承接觸電阻的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明,隨著軸承軸向預(yù)緊力的增大,接觸電阻減小,呈現(xiàn)“L”型趨勢(shì),二者且具有非線性關(guān)系。對(duì)于具體軸承,當(dāng)預(yù)緊力大于某一值時(shí),接觸面積不再隨預(yù)緊力的增大而明顯增大。隨后,本文研究了背對(duì)背安裝角接觸球軸承對(duì)的軸向預(yù)緊力對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子回轉(zhuǎn)精度的影響。設(shè)計(jì)了實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試臺(tái)架,考慮了軸承內(nèi)圈與軸的配合狀態(tài),測(cè)試了軸承外圈徑向跳動(dòng)隨軸向預(yù)緊力的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,隨著預(yù)緊力增大,徑向跳動(dòng)呈現(xiàn)“降-升-降”,最后...
