初始組織調(diào)控對馬氏體高強(qiáng)鋼和奧氏體與馬氏體雙相高強(qiáng)鋼力學(xué)性能影響規(guī)律

高強(qiáng)度鋼(HSS)是一種復(fù)雜且高度發(fā)展的材料,主要通過精細(xì)調(diào)控化學(xué)成分和調(diào)控?zé)崽幚砉に噷崿F(xiàn)復(fù)相微觀組織。各種強(qiáng)化方式被用來獲取不同的韌性、延展性、強(qiáng)度和疲勞性能。通常,強(qiáng)度的提高會導(dǎo)致延展性或可成形性的降低。高強(qiáng)度鋼的主要微觀結(jié)構(gòu)通常是馬氏體以及馬氏體和奧氏體的復(fù)合組織,奧氏體常用于相變誘導(dǎo)塑性(TRIP)。這些微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的演變與發(fā)展將直接影響最終的組織,進(jìn)而影響鋼最終的力學(xué)性能。加熱和奧氏體化過程中的微觀組織變化的動力學(xué)過程依賴于不同的起始微觀組織,這當(dāng)中會發(fā)生許多復(fù)雜的微觀組織變化,包括再結(jié)晶、析出沉淀、奧氏體的生成等等。這些過程都可以明顯影響被研究的鋼中最終的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能。因此,有必要研究初始微觀組織的效果,以使奧氏體化處理的過程中生成的奧氏體狀況達(dá)到最優(yōu)化。而這是獲得超高強(qiáng)鋼的一個重要步驟。因此,這篇論文的目的在于通過對兩種特定的超高強(qiáng)鋼的實驗揭示初始微觀組織和最終力學(xué)性能的關(guān)系,并給出關(guān)于選擇怎樣的初始微觀組織以獲得需要的力學(xué)性能的建議。本文也將通過實驗結(jié)果解釋初始微觀組織是怎樣影響最終的微觀組織和力學(xué)性能的。本文使用了兩種典型的超高強(qiáng)鋼,分別是馬氏體鋼和奧氏體加馬氏體的...
