ZK60鎂合金往復(fù)擠壓實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:通過塑性變形裝置實(shí)現(xiàn)了擠壓態(tài)ZK60鎂合金往復(fù)擠壓實(shí)驗(yàn),探討了顯微組織演變過程和力學(xué)性能變化。結(jié)果表明:相比初始擠壓態(tài),350℃往復(fù)擠壓后各個道次的試樣具有更加優(yōu)良的顯微組織和力學(xué)性能。隨擠壓道次增加,顯微組織晶粒更加細(xì)化,等軸細(xì)小晶粒增多,組織均勻性不斷提高;拉伸斷口形貌顯示隨著道次增加,韌窩數(shù)量與深度明顯增加,變形能力提高顯著。拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明,往復(fù)擠壓很大程度上改善了ZK60鎂合金的力學(xué)性能,特別是塑性變形能力。1道次往復(fù)擠壓后,徑向硬度都比原始態(tài)高,并隨溫度升高有下降的趨勢,軸向硬度也隨著溫度升高而降低,390℃下試樣軸向硬度與初始樣硬度值接近;350℃下不同道次往復(fù)擠壓后,試樣中部徑向、軸向硬度隨道次增大而降低,而頸部徑向硬度呈不規(guī)律性變化。
