    前言:本文考慮了壓力對(duì)臨界固相率的影響 ,提出了壓力下的縮孔預(yù)測(cè)判據(jù) ,及與壓力、溫度梯度和冷卻速度相關(guān)的縮松預(yù)測(cè)判據(jù) ,該判據(jù)已成功的應(yīng)用于華北工學(xué)院鑄造工程中心開(kāi)發(fā)的Castsoft軟件的低壓鑄造模塊
    In this paper, the influence of the pressure on the critical solid fraction was considered; the critical solid fraction method under the pressure condition was proposed to predict porosity. On the other hand, based on the darcy law, a new shrinkage prediction method related to pressure, temperature gradient and cooling rate was put out.
