低碳制造環(huán)境下車間有限刀具多目標(biāo)調(diào)度研究

【摘要】:為解決低碳制造環(huán)境下刀具在機床之間的調(diào)度問題,基于任務(wù)的機床分配方案,聚焦于車間內(nèi)刀具的流轉(zhuǎn)和使用過程,建立了綜合考慮生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的完工時間、加工成本及加工碳排放的多目標(biāo)刀具調(diào)度模型。針對調(diào)度過程中刀具資源數(shù)量和壽命受限的問題,在NSGA-Ⅱ算法基礎(chǔ)上,提出了考慮解個體不可行度的選擇算子,并利用不可行閾值的自適應(yīng)更新方法,維持種群中不可行解在一定的比例,用來提高算法對于優(yōu)化解的搜索能力。實驗驗證結(jié)果表明,與僅考慮完工時間的模型相比,本模型得到優(yōu)化方案的加工成本、碳排放分別降低了21.8%、14%。所建立的多目標(biāo)刀具調(diào)度模型能有效地解決低碳制造環(huán)境下車間有限刀具的調(diào)度問題,計算得到的帕累托最優(yōu)解集為刀具的優(yōu)化調(diào)度提供了可行的解決方案。
