【摘要】：以球形蝸桿砂輪磨齒機(jī)的床身為研究對象,設(shè)計了不同的床身結(jié)構(gòu)作為備選方案,并建立了各方案參數(shù)化模型,對其進(jìn)行了靈敏度分析和多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化計算確定其最優(yōu)尺寸參數(shù),通過對其進(jìn)行有限元分析獲得了優(yōu)選決策的初步數(shù)據(jù)。建立了床身優(yōu)選評價的TOPSIS數(shù)學(xué)模型,經(jīng)計算求解優(yōu)選出最佳方案。對比分析了優(yōu)選前后床身的靜態(tài)和動態(tài)性能,驗(yàn)證了床身的優(yōu)選結(jié)果的有效性,完成了球形蝸桿砂輪磨齒機(jī)床身的優(yōu)選設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:Taking the bed of the spherical worm grinding wheel gear grinder as the research object, different bed structure is designed as the alternative scheme, and the parameterized models of each scheme are established. The sensitivity analysis and multi-objective optimization calculation are carried out to determine the optimal size parameters. The preliminary data of optimal selection decision are obtained by finite element analysis. The TOPSIS mathematical model of bed selection and evaluation is established, and the optimal selection scheme is obtained by calculation. The static and dynamic performances of the bed before and after the optimal selection are compared and analyzed, the effectiveness of the optimal selection results is verified, and the optimal selection design of the bed of the spherical worm grinding gear grinding machine is completed.
