高性能金屬鋁的制備、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)及其熱穩(wěn)定性

【摘要】:利用機(jī)械制粉、冷等靜壓和快速壓鍛工藝制備得到了一種耐熱金屬鋁,該材料晶粒尺寸為0.6~4μm,室溫抗拉強(qiáng)度為536 MPa,達(dá)到商業(yè)高強(qiáng)鋁合金的性能水平,同時(shí)材料具有優(yōu)異的高溫性能。通過4320h高溫?zé)岜┞秾?shí)驗(yàn)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),材料在200、300、350℃下的持久強(qiáng)度分別達(dá)到為381、242和178MPa,較熱暴露實(shí)驗(yàn)之前的性能只分別下降了1.3%、1.5%和1.8%,其耐高溫機(jī)制是材料在制備過程引入的第二相夾雜在晶界間,起到抑制晶粒長大的作用。
