基于DSP與PLC的鎂熔液第一氣泡自動(dòng)檢測接口設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對(duì)鎂熔液第一氣泡檢測在工程應(yīng)用中的諸多難點(diǎn),采用DM642芯片構(gòu)建的嵌入式圖像處理系統(tǒng)平臺(tái),以西門子S7-200為控制單元,設(shè)計(jì)了DSP與PLC通信的接口電路,并利用均值濾波算法實(shí)現(xiàn)了鎂熔液第一氣泡的檢測。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:算法能成功的檢測出第一氣泡,并且算法檢測到鎂熔液第一氣泡后,PLC能快速響應(yīng)并根據(jù)程序輸出,成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了DSP與PLC的通信,為圖像處理應(yīng)用于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場鎂熔液含氫量實(shí)時(shí)檢測提供了新的方案。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficulties of the first bubble detection of magnesium melt in engineering application, the embedded image processing system platform based on DM642 chip and Siemens S7-200 as control unit are used to design the interface circuit between DSP and PLC. The detection of the first bubble in magnesium melt is realized by means of the mean filter algorithm. The experimental results show that the algorithm can detect the first bubble successfully, and after detecting the first bubble of magnesium melt, PLC can respond quickly and output according to the program, and successfully realize the communication between DSP and PLC. It provides a new scheme for the real-time detection of hydrogen content of magnesium melt in industrial field by image processing.
