【摘要】：研究了數(shù)控加工中圓環(huán)面刀具路徑規(guī)劃,建立圓環(huán)面刀具數(shù)學模型,從刀位點計算、曲面邊界離散、相鄰刀軌計算等方面確定刀具路徑規(guī)劃算法.最后,利用Matlab工具編程對路徑規(guī)劃算法進行了具體實現(xiàn),通過計算基于圓環(huán)面刀具的刀位點數(shù)據(jù),擬合生成刀具軌跡,同時利用UG軟件采用球頭刀對相同曲面進行加工路徑仿真,通過兩者比較,可以得出圓環(huán)面刀具加工效率更高的結論.
[Abstract]:In this paper, the tool path planning of ring surface in NC machining is studied, and the mathematical model of ring surface tool is established. The tool path planning algorithm is determined from the aspects of tool location calculation, surface boundary discretization and adjacent tool path calculation. Finally, the path planning algorithm is realized by Matlab tool programming, and the tool path is generated by calculating the tool location data based on the ring surface tool. At the same time, the machining path of the same curved surface is simulated by using the ball head cutter with UG software, and the conclusion that the machining efficiency of the ring surface cutter is higher can be obtained by comparing the two software.
