10CrMoAl熱軋薄板不同周期鹽霧腐蝕的對比分析

【摘要】:目的揭示10CrMoAl鋼的耐腐的蝕原因及機理。方法通過對10CrMoAl鋼進行鹽霧試驗(72、168、240 h)來模擬其海水腐蝕,并對試驗后的試樣進行了腐蝕速率、SEM、能譜、XRD及電化學分析及研究。結果 72、168、240 h鹽霧腐蝕周期下,試樣的腐蝕速率分別為2.352、1.915、2.218 mm/a。72 h鹽霧腐蝕試驗后,Cr和Mo主要在靠近基體一側富集;168 h鹽霧腐蝕試驗后,Cr主要在靠近外表面的銹層處偏聚嚴重;240 h鹽霧腐蝕試驗后,在靠近銹層的基體一側又出現(xiàn)了Cr和Mo的明顯偏聚,并同時出現(xiàn)"白亮層"。隨著腐蝕時間的延長,銹層中Fe Cr2O_4和γ-Fe_2O_3含量的變化趨勢是一致的,即先不斷上升,然后趨于穩(wěn)定。結論隨著腐蝕時間的延長,腐蝕速率先降低后升高再降低,最后趨于穩(wěn)定。腐蝕過程是一個周而復始的循環(huán)過程:Cr和Mo在銹層與基體交界處不斷富集—形成耐腐蝕層—腐蝕脫落—Cr和Mo在銹層與基體交界處富集。這種富集規(guī)律對防腐蝕有一定的作用。此外,Fe Cr2O_4在銹層中含量較多時,具有顯著的防腐功能。
[Abstract]:Aim to reveal the reason and mechanism of corrosion resistance of 10CrMoAl steel. Methods the seawater corrosion of 10CrMoAl steel was simulated by salt spray test (72168240 h). The corrosion rate, SEM, spectrum, XRD and electrochemical analysis were studied. Results under 72168240 h salt spray corrosion cycle, After salt spray corrosion test, Cr and Mo were mainly enriched on the side of the substrate after the salt spray corrosion test. After 168h salt spray corrosion test, the Cr was mainly concentrated in the rust layer near the outer surface, and after 240h salt spray corrosion test, the concentration of Cr in the rust layer near the outer surface was serious, and after the salt spray corrosion test for 240h, the concentration of Cr and Mo was higher than that in the salt spray corrosion test. The segregation of Cr and Mo was observed on the side of the substrate near the rust layer, and the "white bright layer" appeared at the same time. With the increase of corrosion time, the content of Fe Cr2O_4 and 緯-Fe_2O_3 in rust layer is the same, that is to say, the content of Fe Cr2O_4 and 緯-Fe_2O_3 in rust layer increases at first and then becomes stable. Conclusion with the prolongation of corrosion time, the corrosion rate decreases first, then increases and then decreases, and finally tends to stabilize. The corrosion process is a cyclic process: Cr and Mo are continuously enriched at the interface between rust layer and matrix, forming corrosion resistant layer, corrosion exfoliation, and Cr and Mo enrichment at the junction of rust layer and matrix. This kind of enrichment law has certain effect on anticorrosion. In addition, Fe Cr2O_4 has obvious anticorrosive function when the content of Fe Cr2O_4 in rust layer is more.
