熱處理工藝對(duì)超導(dǎo)阻隔層用鈮板力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:研究了熱處理工藝對(duì)超導(dǎo)阻隔層用鈮板力學(xué)性能的影響。鈮板經(jīng)去應(yīng)力退火及再結(jié)晶退火處理,對(duì)處理后鈮板的力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)9000~1000℃/60~90min的去應(yīng)力退火及850~900℃/80~100min再結(jié)晶退火處理后的鈮板力學(xué)性能可滿足技術(shù)條件要求。
